I have been going about 3 times a week and hope for more. Super convenient and the workouts are fun. I love all things sauna related. How it works: use their app to get in, schedule a class or group of classes. Once you get in there, the classes are playing on the TV. They have about 7 different class types from cycling to yoga to Pilates, barre, rowing and HIIT. They also have a weight area with free weights and machines. You can watch the workouts and do them in each dedicated sauna or in the fx zone. The machine classes are 15 minutes each and you can book them back to back. Each sauna fits 3 people at a time but only once did I have someone else in the class with me. The yoga, Pilates, hiit and barre classes are 45 mins long. The studio is 24/7 so you go when it's convenient. The staff is super friendly and helpful and the studio is nice and clean. They have large restrooms and a shower. Great for a quick workout at lunch time or before or after work. The temps can be adjusted and the sound and lights too depending on how you want to work out. The app works well too and allows you to schedule 3 days out. There are rewards for taking classes and you can use it to track progress or redeem merch. You need a mat and towel from them to use the strength classes like barre, Pilates, hiit, bands, stretching or yoga. They can be rented too. I bought my gear and use it when taking those classes. They provide foam rollers if you need them. I am a fan and can't wait to see results. The only thing I wish they had was treadmill, stair climber, elliptical or more non-machine cardio workouts. Otherwise it's a great concept.

It's a small gym, but it has a real family vibe where everyone no matter age or fitness level feels welcome. A member can train on his own, join small group training classes, or work out with a personal trainer. Small group classes are limited to ensure each member gets the proper attention. The only factor that keeps me from giving it a 5 is that the only weight equipment for legs and glutes is a squat rack. I would love leg press, leg extension, and leg curl equipment.

So inspiring and encouraging about health and fitness. These ladies showed us a good time with other vendors, dancing and healthy snacks. The fitness center is ladies only and have treadmills, bikes and weight machines. Also a room for group exercise and personal training. It's hidden in the business park so a little hard to find but once you know where it is, easy to get to.
