You know the bumper sticker around town that says "Keep Salem Lame"? Well, I feel like now I have a lame necklace, courtesy of Salem's most visible jeweler. The employee insisted that "the misunderstanding" was on my part, not the store's. Whatever, I still can't wear the necklace, hundreds of dollars later. They went into areas that we told the owners were off limits. They broke a board on our deck and didn't try to replace it. I was VERY DISSATISFIED with this company.
