As soon as we walked in we were asked what our insurance was and told they do not accept it, which is fine I understand that that's out of her control. However, we could have just paid walk in pricing at the time and we were not offered that, nor did she ask us what was wrong with my child. Really seemed like they just didn't want to add another patient to their book for the night since they were closing "soon." Really sad that medical professionals would behave that way. I have avoided coming here on a gut feeling for 5 years since moving to the area and my concerns were confirmed tonight. They suck. Go to the one by the old Kmart or the hospital instead.

After a chest X-ray, they told her she had fluid in her lungs and sent us off to Genysis thinking it was pneumonia at best or cancer at worst! It was NOTHING. There was a room had they called the patients in the order they arrived and/or by urgency. We left and went to the hospital... The waiting room was packed full but we got called right back and got the meds that we needed.

When i finally saw a doctor, he was so rushed that he wouldn't wait for me to answer his questions (being short of breath I could not speak more than two or three words at a time). They performed an ECG and assured me that i didnt have a heart attack and informed me to go to an ER. I felt very poorly treated and ignored and then rushed out in the same condition in which i arrived. I am curious to see how my insurance gets charged for this 'treatment'. They made sure i paid my copay within 20 mins of arriving.
