If I could give 0 stars I would but I had to give 1…read more I brought my daughter here tonight because she stuck something in her nose and was distressed and would not allow us to look at it. As soon as we walked in we were asked what our insurance was and told they do not accept it, which is fine I understand that that's out of her control. However, we could have just paid walk in pricing at the time and we were not offered that, nor did she ask us what was wrong with my child. Really seemed like they just didn't want to add another patient to their book for the night since they were closing "soon." Really sad that medical professionals would behave that way. I have avoided coming here on a gut feeling for 5 years since moving to the area and my concerns were confirmed tonight. They suck. Go to the one by the old Kmart or the hospital instead.

I have laryngitis and still can't speak on 2/27/2025. So I called to get the note updated to account for 2/28/2025. The woman that answered the phone was the rudest person that I have ever talked to. I asked to speak to the manager and she refused but after a lot of asking her to get her manager, I was put on hold for 10 minutes and then put in a voicemail. I will never go back to Hope Clinic again!!

After a chest X-ray, they told her she had fluid in her lungs and sent us off to Genysis thinking it was pneumonia at best or cancer at worst! It was NOTHING. ONLY go here if you HAVE to.

My husband was having an allergic reaction and while on the way there I called them to let them…read moreknow that we would be arriving in 5 minutes with a severe allergic reaction. Mind you had almost passed away 2 years prior from an allergic reaction. We had administered an Epi Pen on the way there. We arrived there and the lady at the front desk was more worried about being on her personal cell phone than helping us. One other patient was in the waiting room. She told us to have a seat. The other patient was called back (no big deal) as I watching him closely. Another patient came in with just a scrapped up leg. They then called him to the back. I told the nurse that my husband was having an allergic reaction and she got rude and said he would be called back when there was a room available.... Umm.... There was a room had they called the patients in the order they arrived and/or by urgency. We left and went to the hospital... The waiting room was packed full but we got called right back and got the meds that we needed.

I arrived at the urgent care with pain in my ribs and shortness of breath. I wrote 'chest pain' on…read morethe check in form and it was crossed out and corrected to 'rib pain' by the lady at the front desk. I am not a medical professional but i thought my ribs are in my chest. I waited for 90 mins. in the waiting room and then an additional 90 mins. in the back treatment area. When i finally saw a doctor, he was so rushed that he wouldn't wait for me to answer his questions (being short of breath I could not speak more than two or three words at a time). They performed an ECG and assured me that i didnt have a heart attack and informed me to go to an ER. I felt very poorly treated and ignored and then rushed out in the same condition in which i arrived. I am curious to see how my insurance gets charged for this 'treatment'. They made sure i paid my copay within 20 mins of arriving.
