As soon as we walked in we were asked what our insurance was and told they do not accept it, which is fine I understand that that's out of her control. However, we could have just paid walk in pricing at the time and we were not offered that, nor did she ask us what was wrong with my child. Really seemed like they just didn't want to add another patient to their book for the night since they were closing "soon." Really sad that medical professionals would behave that way. I have avoided coming here on a gut feeling for 5 years since moving to the area and my concerns were confirmed tonight. They suck. Go to the one by the old Kmart or the hospital instead.

They performed an ECG and assured me that i didnt have a heart attack and informed me to go to an ER. I felt very poorly treated and ignored and then rushed out in the same condition in which i arrived. I am curious to see how my insurance gets charged for this 'treatment'. I absolutely love this urgent care! There is never a wait to be seen. I'm in and out within around…read morean hour even if they are busy. They have a pharmacy in the building, do lab work right there and any x rays you may need done. Not only is it great because of the convenience factor, the staff is absolutely amazing as well. They are kind, personable, and remember who you are when you come in. All of the techs/assistants are wonderful. The PA Todd is my favorite! He genuinely cares about his patients and it shows. I went there with an issue that wasn't getting figured out and Todd sent me for some testing that led to a diagnosis for me and a solution to the issues I had going on! He also called after a few weeks later to make sure the issue had been followed up on. It's hard to find good places to go when you can't see your regular Dr. I'm SO thankful I discovered Lifetime because they truly are awesome.
