My dad has been going to Dr. Patel just over a year and a half. The very first visit he spent a good amount of time with him and actually listen to what he had to say. This year was no different he again spent time with him and the appointment did not feel rushed. This place does not respond to referral requests. They send a letter and make you try and call them. When you call, you are forced to leave a voicemail that no one will ever return. IF and WHEN you finally get someone on the phone, they have no clue what they are doing and tell you they will call back. After weeks, they never do and you start over again. IF you are lucky enough to get an appointment (1-2 months after your call), they will call the day before the appointment to cancel on you and tell you that you have to wait another month to 2 months to be seen. When you inform the staff that this is poor patient care, they get rude with you and tell you to go somewhere else if you don't like their practice. I don't recommend this place to anyone... all that happened without ever being seen there. I can only imagine the quality of care once seen! read more
