I was also in a world of pain and hoping to have an easier labor than with my first child. I found Dr. MacDonald by researching local doctors who are able to work with pregnant women (and children!) and I couldn't be more happy. He is a family man himself and knows the ins and outs of parenthood and wanting what's best for your body and your children's bodies too. I strongly believe my adjustment with him and opening up my pelvis/hip area more helped me have a much better labor & delivery experience! We saw the Dr after I gave birth as well and soon will be taking our kids to see him. Each room in the clinic is themed around the patient. There's a maternity area and the bed is comfortable and movable to make things safe for moms, and my favorite is the kids room. There's toys and themed decor so it's perfect for the little ones! For anyone on the fence, I really recommend this clinic. There's a bonus too - there is always a gentle furry friend awaiting to welcome patients! (The sweetest golden doodles ever!)

I absolutely would not return to this office under any circumstances. If i could leave negative…read morestars, i would. I was a patient 3 years ago, and was ordered an ultra sound by dr cohen. Our schedules at the time did not match up and i was not able to come back for a follow up appointment. Dr cohen was RUDE as could be about it and in turn, to this day i have not gotten the results to that ultra sound. I had tried to get the results but it has always been something. Now, fast forward to a week ago. I have since moved out of state, and am trying to get the records. I called her office and the lady i spoke to was very nice, but stated that since it was so along ago, she would have to partner with the dr and someone would call me monday (i had called in on a thursday.) it is now friday, and i had not heard a call back. I called them and this time the lady i spoke to was rude. She told me she cant find my infortmation and i explained that i needed my results ASAP. I understood it would take time but i wanted follow up this time. She was snooty but said ok. After a minute, i called back and asked if it was possible for them to call the place i got it done and get the results to which she stated and i quote "heres the thing, were seeing patients right now and i dont have time to look at this stuff. When i do i will let you know something." This is unacceptable to treat someone trying to get their medical records from your office which you are MANDATED to keep for much longer than three years. I would not reccommend going here to anyone, even as a last resort.

I have been a patient here since 2023. Dr. Kitzmiller and the other providers are medically astute…read moreand responsive. Unfortunately the clinic manager and billing company incorrectly submitted my medical billing since 2023. I have repeatedly requested an itemized billing statement and have been repeatedly denied. I have repeatedly requested to speak with billing and have been repeatedly told that their billing company doesn't speak with patients. I have never received a bill from this clinic. I have never received an EOB from my insurance company. Diane the office manager told me today that I owe about 3,700 before I can make another appointment. I was given no notice and no bill until today. Durand the clinic manager told me that my insurance company has denied payment. This is incorrect per several high level employees at my insurance company who have stated that their billing billing was submitted on 3/21/25. It's in review. There has been no denial. The clinic manager abruptly withdrew no notice, no bill and no continuity of care told me that I cannot come back for treatment. This is patient abandonment. I really hope Dr. Kitzmiller sees this because I find him to be an excellent and ethical provider. I doubt that the medical providers are aware of this situation which is happening to other patients.

POLITICS OVER PATIENTS…read more For the entire time we were patients (8 years), we followed an alternate vaccination schedule for our three children. This was never hidden from the practice. Two of our children are now fully vaccinated, and our youngest has only two vaccines remaining. For 8 years, there was no indication that our approach would result in dismissal from the practice. Now we've been discharged because we are not ready to give our 6-year-old his next vaccine on their preferred timeline. The timing is difficult to ignore. For years, our family's vaccination choices were accepted without issue. Now, in a political climate where vaccine policies and vaccine safety are being openly questioned and debated, the practice has zero tolerance of any parent who wishes to delay a vaccine, even temporarily. This is not patient-centered care. It is a clear example of politics influencing medical decisions and taking priority over the needs of patients and families. If this policy truly existed all along, it should have been clearly communicated years ago when we started at the practice. Instead, after nearly a decade of loyalty, trust, and cooperation, our family is being dismissed despite having vaccinated all three of our children and being only two vaccines away from completing our youngest child's schedule. In the end, we are at peace with the decision. If a practice is willing to end an 8-year patient relationship with a family that has vaccinated all of its children because of a temporary delay in two remaining vaccines, it sends a clear message that politics now carries more weight than patients. That is not the type of medical practice we want caring for our children. We've moved over to CMG and are very happy!
