In Nov 2025 when I received a large bill, I learned a referral was never received in June however, they proceeded to allow the scheduling of 3 more visits. Now I have a large balance to pay. I told her twice I needed extra depth to accommodate my brace. Waited 4 weeks to find out she did not order extra depth. Was told reorder would only take 3 to 4 days. 3 weeks later I gave up and ordered the shoes on line from the same company and had them in 3 days.ean while they have still not called to tell me they are in at 5 weeks now. I do not recommend this rude unorganized office!
