One of the front desk women made a comment about how I wouldn't be charged for something to do with my visit and then a separate woman said I would be so I questioned it, and then the first woman made a comment how I was excited for "free stuff." The same front desk woman who made the rude comments marked something on my chart that the doctor did NOT (I watched her mark it) and then they proceeded to tell me the doctor marked it. I believe I was overcharged. Then a different woman refused to give me a print out of specifically what was charged and why. My mother happened to be overcharged during one of her visits here and this was proven by way of her insurance and apparently they are still dragging their feet on paying her back the money they stole. I see some hostile and combative responses that this place gives to negative reviews throughout the internet. Again, a clear sign that this is a poor quality establishment that isn't capable of improving major issues within. Then I waited for almost 5 hours. With the unprofessional and inept front desk staff and the overcharging, my family is done coming to this place and I would suggest others go elsewhere for medical care.

My wait time to see a provider was acceptable. The provider that saw me was quick to realize my condition was beyond what she was comfortable with treating in that environment. She took extra steps in assuring that who she was referring me to was going to be able to treat me. All while alerting me that the treatment may be required at the university hospital. Long way of saying i appreciated this provider understanding her capabilities and her willingness to get me into the right care setting. Knowing I was 6 hours from home.

I have been calling on my friend's behalf, we have submitted their ROI (release of information) for them to be able to talk to me, and they can't locate the ROI, and still will not discuss the bill with me, in spite of doing exactly what they required. A patient should not have to fight a $672 bill for routine testing in the first place, and here we are trying to rectify it and can't even get anyone to help. This is a really poor way to serve clients. Highly disappointed.

The other patient was called back (no big deal) as I watching him closely. Another patient came in with just a scrapped up leg. They then called him to the back. There was a room had they called the patients in the order they arrived and/or by urgency. We left and went to the hospital... I am not a medical professional but i thought my ribs are in my chest. I waited for 90 mins. in the waiting room and then an additional 90 mins. in the back treatment area. When i finally saw a doctor, he was so rushed that he wouldn't wait for me to answer his questions (being short of breath I could not speak more than two or three words at a time). They performed an ECG and assured me that i didnt have a heart attack and informed me to go to an ER. I felt very poorly treated and ignored and then rushed out in the same condition in which i arrived. I am curious to see how my insurance gets charged for this 'treatment'. They made sure i paid my copay within 20 mins of arriving.
