One of the front desk women made a comment about how I wouldn't be charged for something to do with my visit and then a separate woman said I would be so I questioned it, and then the first woman made a comment how I was excited for "free stuff." The same front desk woman who made the rude comments marked something on my chart that the doctor did NOT (I watched her mark it) and then they proceeded to tell me the doctor marked it. I believe I was overcharged. Then a different woman refused to give me a print out of specifically what was charged and why. My mother happened to be overcharged during one of her visits here and this was proven by way of her insurance and apparently they are still dragging their feet on paying her back the money they stole. I see some hostile and combative responses that this place gives to negative reviews throughout the internet. Again, a clear sign that this is a poor quality establishment that isn't capable of improving major issues within. Then I waited for almost 5 hours. With the unprofessional and inept front desk staff and the overcharging, my family is done coming to this place and I would suggest others go elsewhere for medical care.

They got me right in, prescribed some medicine to relieve my back but wanted me to get my ankle X-rayed. Unfortunately I went in on a Sunday afternoon and they don't do X rays there so I had them done on Monday. Once they received the results Samantha immediately called to let me know it was in fact fractured. She referred me to an orthopedic doctor who I was able to get in the next day. She also was insisting I not bear any weight on my ankle until I saw them. She was so kind to help me figure out where to get crutches delivered. She was so helpful and caring. I asked how can you when he has not seen a Dr yet. Nurse came in with discharge papers and said oh I will get a Dr. Dr comes in and asks why are we here. Told him abnormal EKG and shoulder pain. He said EKG was fine everyone can have bundle blockage. It just means one side of the heart is not telling the other side what to do. I asked about the possible pulmonary embolism and he said they would have to do a blood test. Well they did one said all labs normal and had us walk out. No wheel chair wth. Family Dr called today and she is livid. He has all the signs of a pulmonary embolism. Well McLaren hospital here we come. She wants stat CT scan. She wants us to go to Henry Ford and I said hell no
