After a chest X-ray, they told her she had fluid in her lungs and sent us off to Genysis thinking it was pneumonia at best or cancer at worst! It was NOTHING. After entering the Pierson Road Clinic at about 3:30, she was sent home from the hospital (where they did a CAT Scan just because the "doctor" at the clinic claimed to see something in the X-ray THAT WOULD NOT EVEN LOAD INTO THE SYSTEM OF THE HOSPITAL SHERE HAS PRIVELEGES) around MIDNIGHT with some steroids. The other patient was called back (no big deal) as I watching him closely. Another patient came in with just a scrapped up leg. They then called him to the back. I told the nurse that my husband was having an allergic reaction and she got rude and said he would be called back when there was a room available.... Umm.... There was a room had they called the patients in the order they arrived and/or by urgency. We left and went to the hospital... The waiting room was packed full but we got called right back and got the meds that we needed.

I am not a medical professional but i thought my ribs are in my chest. I waited for 90 mins. in the waiting room and then an additional 90 mins. in the back treatment area. When i finally saw a doctor, he was so rushed that he wouldn't wait for me to answer his questions (being short of breath I could not speak more than two or three words at a time). They performed an ECG and assured me that i didnt have a heart attack and informed me to go to an ER. I felt very poorly treated and ignored and then rushed out in the same condition in which i arrived. I am curious to see how my insurance gets charged for this 'treatment'. They made sure i paid my copay within 20 mins of arriving.

When going into the exam room it was a bit dirty and didn't feel hygienic at all. The nurse who had long blonde hair was very sweet. Afterwards we looked up reviews and saw how many others also experienced similar issues and how unprofessional the "owner" seems to be. Highly doubt this "owner" would even visit this establishment for treatment themselves.
