I absolutely love this urgent care! There is never a wait to be seen. I'm in and out within around an hour even if they are busy. They have a pharmacy in the building, do lab work right there and any x rays you may need done. Not only is it great because of the convenience factor, the staff is absolutely amazing as well. They are kind, personable, and remember who you are when you come in. All of the techs/assistants are wonderful. The PA Todd is my favorite! He genuinely cares about his patients and it shows. I went there with an issue that wasn't getting figured out and Todd sent me for some testing that led to a diagnosis for me and a solution to the issues I had going on! He also called after a few weeks later to make sure the issue had been followed up on. It's hard to find good places to go when you can't see your regular Dr. I'm SO thankful I discovered Lifetime because they truly are awesome. read more

I was seen by Toni Detwiler, and she told me that I had Herpes without doing any testing. My lips were swollen without any blisters, I went to another clinic and got told I simply had an allergic reaction to a lip product I used. Awful experience, basically rushed out of the room the second I got in and didn't listen to a word I said. I knew I didn't have herpes so I didn't pick up the prescription she sent in, I wouldn't recommend this place at all. read more

Crap experience. When we first walked in the lady at the front desk was extremely rude despite us being very kind and respectful. When going into the exam room it was a bit dirty and didn't feel hygienic at all. The nurse who had long blonde hair was very sweet. Afterwards we looked up reviews and saw how many others also experienced similar issues and how unprofessional the "owner" seems to be. It can be a long wait sometimes but doctors are decent. As a retired nurse I appreciate them and their service provided.

My autistic adult daughter came here for care when she had some unusual inflammation in her knees that made it difficult to walk. The Nurse Practitioner that saw her did not examine her, barely spoke to her, and simply looked at her and told her to go to the ER for help. My daughter was upset that the Practitioner wouldn't help her, and only when my daughter complained did the woman offer her any help. By then my daughter was too upset to be touched or seen, and instead drove back home, defeated and still in pain. My daughter asked for the nurse's name, and the woman yelled at her, stating "why, so you can look me up and complain about me?" Avoid this place- if they treated a special needs adult this way, how do you think they will treat you? Take care of yourself and loved ones- don't come here. read more

The front desk assistant was nice and understanding that I was traveling from out of state with insurance that was not accepted by their practice and was able to offer me different options. The medical care was subpar. The MA took a blood pressure reading with the cuff over my elbow and her stethoscope on my forearm, and for anyone working in healthcare, they would know this is not correct. The provider came in, never introduced herself, and started the conversation with, "what's going on in here?" Still have no idea what her name or title is. She evaluated me for 2 mins and offered me antibiotics for a sinus infection. I wasn't even there for sinus infection symptoms. I had a sore throat and cough.. not really sure how she correlated this with a sinus infection that would require antibiotics?? I wanted to have rapid flu and strep testing done and had to ask to have that done. The provider became frustrated with me because she didn't know what was covered by under self pay option. Overall the experience was a waste of time and money. I could have much more easily went to Walmart and paid for a rapid Covid/flu test. Don't waste your time with this place. read more

This is normally a great place to go for minor illness. Unfortunately today we were talked to so rudely. My daughter has been sick for a few days so I took her in. They did two quick swabs said she was negative on both then proceeded to talk about calling in a zpack before even asking if she could swallow pills. This was my go-to place for the past few years. Peggy the PA has NEVER had a great bedside manner. But I was okay with it because I'm an adult, I can handle it. However, tonight my 5 year old son with ASD fell and cut his arm. He needed stitches. It was explained to the MA and Peggy that he is on the Spectrum prior to treatment. Although Peggy was more pleasant than usual, she was EXTREMELY rough with my son. She gave him numbing medicine and shoved the needle so far in his arm, you could see it protruding on the opposite side, which caused him to bleed even worse. She then IMMEDIATELY started the sutures without giving the numbing medication any time to kick in. My son is now traumatized. As if it weren't difficult enough to get him to go to the doctor before, I can only imagine how it will be when he has to have them removed. She needs to give it up and retire. read more

I can't say enough good th about this Urgent Care.Went there everyone was professional and caring.i sat in the waiting no more than a minute.I got a covid test,strep and influenza test in 10 minutes .It was determined that I had a sinus infection.Got an antibiotic and two days later all good. Spent over 2 hours without any test results from the NP. Walked in just at 9 and waited to be seen over an hour and 10 minutes by NA. After another 20 minutes the NP finally comes in. Runs flu test- another 25 minutes and I finally asked the NA if the results were complete. They were but I needed to wait to hear them from NP not the NA. At this point all the chatter of what to order on DoorDash is the entire concern in that office. Debates between Lotus Room and their Drunken Noodles, craving pizza, and they haven't had Burger King in a long time- so if anyone decides to go there, maybe grab them some food on your way in because that's all they seem to be wrapped up with. It was NOT busy. There was no reason to be in an urgent care more than an hour let alone 2. Respect peoples time. It's incredibly frustrating to sit and wait with a sick child. I've had a good experience in the past but this was absolutely ridiculous and we will never go back. The only person who seems to have any care for anyone walking in is the staff checking in the patients- which are always great. Otherwise- don't waste your time or money. This is the absolute worst experience I've ever had. read more

10 out of 10! This practice is amazing! This is my second time reviewing them because honestly every time I come here they are that consistent in providing wonderful patient care. Start to finish all staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. As a rather critical person I find it so refreshing to have such a reliable practice of unwavering patient care! So where to start? Would you like the good news or the bad first. Well Natasha Toni and Erin all really good people. They are the only reason we keep coming back. They have a primary care provider and an urgent care in the same building you can even have your scripts filled here I wouldn't use the pharmacy though. However if you need a one stop shop this is it. Now Wade he the bald guy who walks around telling everyone that he is THE owner. He's not. He's also a massongistic egotistical jerk who works in the office with mostly women so its a haven for him because he enjoys putting all of the women in the office down. He makes mistakes and shifts the blame back on the staff. I called about some prescriptions for my husband he has a med. Condition that causes pain memory loss and confusion so I handle everything for him. I got info earlier from one of the ladies I called back to see where we were at with it wade answered and said until I can get him on the phone im not giving you information. Well neither is my husband because he won't remember why he called. He spoke with Jeff and I got the information I needed and they said they would get us into a new neurologist since the first one didn't answer the phone. 2 days later still no referral I called back and he yelled at me talked down to me like I was a child. MA'AM I THOUGHT QE HAD THIS CONVERSATION 2 DAYS AGO YOU'RE NOT GETTING ANY INFORMATION. Then proceeded to give me the information I needed but still no referral. I came in today and he walks to the front desk and very aggressively pulls 1 sheet the 2 off of the printer crumbles it and throws it in the trash. Goes back to his office the proceeds to walk up to the front desk and starts and argument with the MA because he made a mistake by throwing those papers away blaming it on her and the argument proceeded to them screaming at the top of their lungs in front of patients and Wade then called her a liar said he was glad to be leaving for the day because he couldn't stand to be around a liar. I made it very clear today that I would no longer be having contact with him because I will not tolerate being spoke to that way. read more

Most employees don't wear masks, half the patients coming and going weren't wearing them and coughing. My husband's leg was bleeding and started dripping blood so I asked for some help. They handed me some towels and walked away because I said you can't be near him without a mask. He sat there with pressure on it until he was called back to a room to have it looked at. I wish we would have left and just let him bleed in the car till we got somewhere else. They never even cleaned the chair off that he was sitting in while I was there. One person with her mask on was pleasant so I guess she gets the one star. read more

Came here around 6p on a Thursday. There was one person waiting with me and I still waited over 30 minutes to be seen. There's no privacy at all, so when you go to check in, the lady at the front desk asks you what you're there for in front of everyone, so people had to spill out their symptoms and reasons for coming out loud for other people in the waiting room to hear. Eye exams are done right in the waiting room as well. The exam room smelled horrible when I finally was called back (probably from the person before me). They are nice but the service is not very good. I probably will never come here again. read more

My son had an injury and I got there at 7, they close at 8. When I walked in the lady said they were too busy to see my son (no one in the waiting room and no one in the parking lot). Honestly, I don't ever do reviews but when you see a kid not able to walk and turn them away with no one in your waiting room with an hour left in the night, something isn't right. I'm actually okay with it only because I don't want my child seen by people who don't care. If you want to take a little drive I recommend Springfield Urgent Care. I want to recommend Lifetime Urgent Care and their pharmacy on Hill Rd. They do X-ray's, lab work & prescriptions right there, AND the pharmacy delivers for free within 10 miles. I went yesterday for an issue & was seen within 5 minutes, courteous & attentive staff, X-ray's & meds all within 45 minutes. Very impressive service! read more

First off, I was the the first person in the waiting room and then I had three other patients come in after me. I then was taken to a room. I waited 20 minutes to see a doctor, I was taken to get an x-ray and I'm still sitting here waiting two hours later to hear the results to find out what happened and to get treatment. Its literally a hurt wrist. The most simple thing possible. I would not recommend this place to anyone, ever. The ladies at the front desk are great but as far as the doctors go the patients come last. Every single patient that came in after me with minor colds we're seen before me. I've now been here for 2 hours and 10 minutes and still waiting. Very unsatisfied and would never recommend this place to anyone. read more
