This office really epitomizes Fenton…read more You walk in the ol' beat up door and are greeted without a smile by the dyed red/orange haired woman at the counter with a look of 'what the heck do you want?' forcing you to say hello. As you fill out your paper work in the cold lobby you notice the classic 70's wooden walls throughout the building and can tell this place has been around. You hear some of the loud mouth patients makin' your standard trash jokes about BobbiJo and Xanax and then they appear with their (female) mullets and overalls. A nice, big (they're all a bit large) woman comes and takes you to through the halls toward your waiting room where you pass by the other rooms filled with camo-wearing, orange hat fellows with grim looks on their faces waiting for their turn. As you wait another 30 minutes (at least) you can hear EVERYTHING that is uttered in every room in the building, I think the walls are made of tack-board. You hear moaning and discussion and lord knows what else and you can only imagine what is really going on in the other room. You are then greeted warmly by a heavy-set older gentleman and his younger sidekick Dr and you think 'This guy looks like a Dr. Trollman'. He's a very pleasant man with a sense of humor and has to sit to do his job. You can tell he knows his stuff and is quick to the point. He doesn't tell you exactly what's wrong but you're sure he knows so you take your prescription and take off as quick as you can. As you leave the place you can't help but shake your head and think 'What...exactly did I just see in there' 3.5 Stars really.

They WILL let their mostly incompetent secretaries call you names, yell, and "disagree" about conditions you have with different hospital/medical systems instead of calling those doctors (even cardiac specialists in Grand Blanc) and discussing what is happening medically with them. They truly take gaslighting to a whole new level. Unsure about whether or not to make an appointment with Dr. Dani, Dr. Duncan or Dr. Holden? You should take your life and your money to a local hospital network! This place is a toally for-profit practice that will surprise bill you if you don't have medicaid, and if you do have medicaid they wont prioritize you and will continue to order x-rays like its 60 years ago. They don't care if you are getting too much radiation! They don't care that their provider sheet is truly a list of random friends at other practices OWNED by the medical professionals who are letting you die! Somehow they are still in business. With SO MANY DOCTORS WHO LEFT ABRUPTLY, you should ask them how many providers have worked there in the last 10 years :) and when you hear the number and the secretaries get defensive, RUN. These people are so tech illiterate, they didn't know you can read PDFs with a screen reader extension so you can actually read the document they put in your file (if they even do that for you). Ryan Strom is the only person at this practice that will give you actual medical care. Using Fenton Medical and following their referrals out... you'll see a pattern. Like sending you to a pain "specialist" Dr. Atty, who loves to brag about having back surgery and is in no pain (like good for you? that is not relevant to you practicing medicine... THATS CALLED BIAS) and he will attempt to give you three steroid shots in a 3-month time span. It's funny, the rheumatologist in Lansing, where he claims titles at, within Sparrow network, took 10 minutes to look at me and diagnosed me with a connective tissue disorder. And I have no idea how many 21 year olds you see with mild to moderate arthritis, but apparently Dr. Holden thinks all young adults have significant spinal nerve damage! Yay for those x-rays. Dr. Duncan will make sure to tell you to, "...do it yourself for once." regarding taking care of your mental health while being totally ignorant to any psychiatric history and therapy treatments you've sought out. It's ironic for her to say that because when you have been totally independent since 18 and could have known that if they didn't completely disregard documentation! The joy of hearing the office admin say "I am, I'm taking notes" to me requesting full transcripts of any and all "Office Encounters" in my medical record. Any and all data with my name on it? Not providing said documents within the legal timeframe and again, truly backlogging every single visit so when the third party agency collects the data they don't look completely incompetent. They think stopping your phone from screen shotting your online portal means anyone who says they have proof of the massive editing is a liar. It is very easy to go online and take pictures of the screen showing you medical records! They will even put up a little "log book" to show you that they didn't touch those visits from 2018 lmao.... but you already had the info screen shotted because you knew they were going to pull shit. I'd LOVE to discuss, FMC. Call me :) I can make and share copies of the information I have, too. It could be fun.

I have recommended her to many of my friends and those that have changed to her practice are very happy with her as a physician.
