The front office folks are superb ! Very, very friendly and helpful l . I had blood drawn today and the phlebotomist could not have been better. I think her name is Deb. Horrible... better off going to urgent care or utilizing dr on demand app…read more The office staff is rude, slow to answer the phones, not knowledgeable and needs better training. They have zero phone etiquette. In person, they're bumbling and mostly confused, giving out. Inflicting information to patients. Have they been trained? I question it. The girl on the phone left me on hold 15 minutes. She was not apologetic and was pretty condescending. The one who I made the last appointment with was abrasive, but more importantly, gave me incorrect information. The doctors are rude, short with patients and talk over them. I've seen two male physicians here and both seem to be very condescending and don't listen. They ought to take their God complex elsewhere. They have zero skill in speaking with patients and understanding their needs. I'm not interested in dealing with the alpha male doctor with a god complex. I'll be looking for a new medical practice. I felt rushed out and undervalued. I'm the patient and it's what I say that actually matters. Both physicians I've seen and the vast majority of the office staffers and nurses are more in love with the sound of their own voices than patient care or understanding what the patients need. They should learn to fall out of love with it and fast and open their ears. This practice is only interested in your money and processing your insurance and co pay. I was better off going to any random urgent care in case of medical emergency or illness.
