Oh, and you sign a waiver so they are only liable for 5k if they damage your stuff and you have to carry insurance. Final straw, just a few months later, rent increases by a large amount. Secondly, the location itself is unkempt; no security cameras anywhere, pavement is an absolute mess and there are potholes everywhere, not to mention flooding throughout. Many lights aren't working so if you go in the evening you can't see anything. They repainted the units months ago but still haven't added the numbers so you can barely see them. Once we came and the gate was stuck open so anyone could get in and when you try calling you never get through to anyone! Oh and the best part, make sure you read the lease agreement because I did not and discovered they do not prorate move outs!! So even though we notified them the 1st of the month, they're still going to charge for the whole month! Just absolutely nauseating!
