They kept making up excuses as to why it took so long to replace the transmission until finally 7 days ago they said I could pick it up. $4400 later and the RPM was running high and my car was making a weird noise. Then my car started leaking fluid and eventually it shut down because the engine was too hot. So I had to get it to towed back to collision collision. Turns out the mechanic told someone at the shop that they did give me my car back way too soon. They kept telling me they were test driving it but the mechanic never did test drive it. The whole experience was a complete nightmare and the worst professional experience I've ever had in my life. And to end it all, I was trying to call the shop to see if my car was ready yesterday but Damien kept hanging up when I called. He just yelled THEYRE REPLACING THE TURBO YOUR CAR WILL BE READY TO PICK UP AT 1 and hung up. And kept hanging up when I was calling back. Don't fucking bother with this place.
