Good beef. At all times I keep their ground beef on hand. Very friendly people. My family and my neighbors shop here.

The store layout is beautiful. The food is a bit expensive. They tell you at the register that…read moreyou don't qualify to get discounts until you apply for a card. I was given a paper to take to customer service where you give them your information, and all they care about is "putting points on your card." He never did get the information in correctly so I could get a card. So.. another 30 minutes waisted for zero benefits. Forget about getting discounts or savings, they think if you know you are getting screwed out of saving money the first time, you will come back and give them a second chance. Nope. Basically, if you are on social security, do not shop here. They only want rich people who don't care how much they spend.

I own no car and ride the bus or wait for an Uber. Rude older lady at custom service desk requested…read morethat an employee take my groceries to my car so that they could bring the cart back inside. I do not care about your cart! I care more about my bad back and not having to carry bags by hand through the parking lot to the bus stop. Got asked by 3 employees to take my groceries to car in one trip. I appreciate the offer, but not every person in Amarillo owns a car, so stop bothering people! If they need assistance, they will request it. I lived in a city that had an amazing HEB where you put your own groceries on the belt, bag them yourself and take them to your car yourself. Prices are much lower at HEB because of this. Not all people in Amarillo grew up here and there are plenty of visitors. This is why this grocery store's prices are so high! All the employees doing unnecessary work that able bodied adults can do themselves. Save it for the disabled, elderly or anyone who requests assistance. It's not customer service, it's annoying and bothersome. Just have employees be on the lookout for carts in the parking lot. This location bothers me more than any other. You need coupons here to pay the regular price at Walmart or other grocery stores in other cities. High prices!

To start this review, let me say that I live in Amarillo, and was in Borger for work. When I…read morefinished, and was headiang home, it was about 3:30 in the pm. I needed a few things and thought I would stop here and pick them up, so I could just go straight home without stopping in Amarillo. I was just expecting another usual stop at United. Figured they would have maybe half of what I needed, and expected the usual dont give a damn if your here or not attitude. Boy was I ever wrong. I thought something was off when I walked in. Before I could even get a basket, two employees spoke. The store was so clean and smelled clean and fresh. I went to the produce section and everything looked so fresh and good. I found everything I needed. Couldnt believe my luck. I decided to press and go by the deli. Usually a definite no no at the stores in Amarillo. I couldnt believe my eyes. There were two people there actually working and looking for customers to help. Usually you have to scream at someone the back, if you dont get totally ignored. The prepared food looked amazing. I have never seen the food look that good in Amarillo, much less at 3:30 in the afternoon. It looked like they just put it out. I wasnt hungry but I got some anyway. The boy behind the counter was so nice and friendly. Never in Amarillo. Your lucky if anyone will wait on you, much less be friendly. I paid and the cashier was very nice and thanked me several times. I left a very happy customer. I wish the Borger management would help the Amarillo people, because they definitely need it! Kudos to the Borger United and staff, and I will stop there everytime I am in town.

    I love at United Supermarket.
