This was a good shop today. There were a few carts in the corrals but no litter in the parking lot. The store was clean with a greeter (masked!) at the door. Shelves were stocked and the aisles were tidy. I was able to find the few things on my list - snacks and drinks and a power strip - easily. A short queue at the self checkout and I was then on my way. I've been to much worse Walmarts including my home store in Charlotte. This one was OK. Came from out of town and did grocery pickup. My first experience with this location. Very very happy with how everything went! Quality produce, great prices, and the employee communicated with me with appropriate substitutions. Fantastic and will use again if I come back to this area!! read more

I am trying to use my EBT card for the first time in several months and Walmart is not allowing me to use my card even though Texas welfare and benefits says I have plenty of money to use my card to make my purchase I've tried calling 1-800 Walmart to try and resolve the issue and I keep either getting hung up on or I get transferred to several different departments until I get hung up on or when I finally do get a hold of a supervisor they tell me it's going to take 3 to 5 business days to get my problem resolved I'm just trying to get some food in my house and it seems like I'm getting the same run around all the time and it's like they don't even care that I need food in my house to be able to survive until they finally get off their tails and do something about it do I recommend using EBT on Walmart no I don't because they obviously don't care about people who are on welfare and need food in their homes this is ridiculous it's beyond Ludacris and it's well beyond my feelings of respect for the customer or respect for the person on the other line of the telephone this is just stupid as far as how they're treating people and it needs to be fixed when it shows that I have more than enough money on Texas health and welfare and that they're telling me that I have the right to use my card for home delivery or for home pick up and Walmart is telling me that it's something they have to investigate when it's obviously a problem on their end that they are refusing to take care of I'm sorry I'm really upset right now and I'm wondering how I'm going to survive until Walmart decides to get off their butt and do something about this it's sad that a national chain doesn't even think about the little people anymore when Sam Walton himself was all about the little people and every customer was somebody read more

The management at this store is a joke! Walking around the store in groups not helping customers. The employees are constantly changing because they don't know how to train or treat them correctly. Do better Walmart! read more

When calling Walmart you will be waiting for someone to answer the phone for about 15 minutes, then they just hang up.

Walmart is probably my favorite place to go to, cause every time I go the employees are always nice & very helpful when it comes to helping me find the things I need. I also like how the bathrooms are always clean, & the fact that its open 24 hours so I don't ever feel like I'm being rushed to leave if I go in there at a certain time like other grocery stores. read more

We were staying across the street and needed fuel and a few things. Fuel prices were better than anyone in town. So we filled up at the Murphy Oil and went to the store to get the things we needed. The store was clean, well stocked and the employees helpful. A great place to shop. read more

The staff is very friendly and helpful! Bathrooms are clean! Good selection of organic products for baby!

Thankful to have a Wal-Mart, because many towns around here don't. Just wish it was better taken care of. It has gotten better over the past few years. Have a pretty decent selection of most products. Most of the time only a couple of registers are open, so lines are kind of long. Overall nice place to shop. read more

The Pampa Wal-Mart is horrible. There are so many things wrong with this place I don't even know where to begin. Let's start with the fact that half their shelves are empty. Too many items are in the wrong place. You can never find anyone to help you with anything. If you can find someone they act like you are annoying them and point you off in some vague direction for something they don't even know if they have. Heaven forbid you actually need a manager. I laugh when I see the Wal-Mart commercial about the fresh fruits and vegetables because this Wal-Mart has some of the worst produce of any place I've ever shopped. Their lawn and garden department looks like someone's yard sale with every misc. item in the store just dumped into one spot. There is only one reason to go to Wal-Mart and that is that they are open when everyone else is closed. I have made a considerable effort to shop elsewhere in Pampa and only go their now when i find myself lured into the trap of "convenience." read more
