After making an appointment to have our clients house windows cleaned, the owner (Jake) confirmed the appointment the night before. A few hours later he cancelled our appointment siting his other job forced him into another shift. Had we known he had another job that took priority we would've reconsidered hiring Clinite Clear. The work he did was thorough and even when above the norm by addressing concerns I had about my patio gutter. He gave me some recommendations and suggestions on how to resolve this issue.
