The broke a rafter but wouldn't own up to it. The roof as I have just happened to notice was not done properly and to far over edge of roof so water runs right over the gutter!!! The gutters were not done right either and I did complain at the time. Very difficult to deal with and flat out lied to me. I still need some issues fixed but with the hard time they gave me I think they would just screw it up worse. A corrupt company who employ under skilled workers who don't speak English. Probably not lawful but it's cheap labor for them! Do not I repeat do not allow this company to give you a headache with their silver tongued salesmen(Gerry Lawless) and con men and their under skilled workers.
