That is true and you have found the pros right here. I asked for an estimate via yelp, got a reply in less than an hour that was extremely reasonable. Juan wanted to look at the job, which required a drive to Idaho Springs - and gave me a price that was actually a bit lower than the yelp estimate (nice surprise). The family based installation group showed up a few days later, exactly at the time arranged and did a really fast job. They left exactly ZERO mess! I looked into the attic and it is a an insulation-orama!! A quick check of energy usage at my thermostat shows that this job will pay for itself very quickly. So glad I had this done, and just as glad i contacted Denver Insulation to do it. They made it so easy - and doing it myself would have been a HUGE PITA. So very much worth it. Thanks Juan and family for your prompt professional work. I'm giving my highest recommendation for this company.

Absolutely horrible customer service and a very disappointing experience…read more During an energy audit, my hardwood floor was damaged. I also discovered that the technician moved my security camera from the window to a table without asking. This was captured on my security footage. When I raised these concerns with management, I felt they were dismissed. The manager told me he believed the technician's account over mine despite the video I provided. I also informed him that I intended to leave an online review. During our conversation, he responded by saying, "I'll sue you for defamation." And, " I can't wait to see everyone on Reddit laugh at you" That response made me question whether customers feel comfortable leaving honest negative reviews after receiving that kind of warning. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company. I encourage anyone hiring these contractors to have security cameras and to document the condition of their home before and after service. In my opinion, moving a customer's security camera without permission is a serious security concern. Xcel's website has a list of companies you should use I'll provide a list below. The insulation team was equally as courteous, showing up on time, walking through everything they'd be doing, making sure it was done right. I needed insulation sprayed into an already-finished basement, so I was nervous about the process and the holes it would require. But they make that part of it as clean-cut as possible, and also install their own wood plugs so half the work is already done for any needed drywall repair. Additionally, they utilized some pre-existing openings we had in a couple of the walls to spare those walls from unnecessary holes. They put down drop cloths to protect the floors and vacuumed everything up after so our basement was just as clean as before they started. It's clear Mucilli Brothers cares about their customers as people. I'm so glad I found them for this job and I highly, highly recommend them for anyone looking for insulation work.
