And I felt very safe coming and going when I needed to add or take items out. The units and the hallways are always very clean and well lit. And there is a cart to help transport items. However, ultimately the company did take action to try and improve our experience (and it worked, we're much more satisfied). The only remaining frustration is that we are scheduled to be without our belongings for roughly two weeks longer than expected after a cross-country move. But the experience as a whole did improve after dissatisfaction was expressed.
