Makes a great cup of coffee. Their staff is friendly and very efficient. And very patient. It is my go to treat place.

This was a really cute local coffee shop that I enjoyed checking out. It is in the middle of a parking lot not far off the highway. Definitely worth the pit stop. There is a drive thru, but i didn't notice until i was already walking up to the order window. the service was very fast as i was greeted right away. everyone was extremely nice who i spoke with. i ordered the crème brûlée breve. while it was good, it wasn't exactly as i thought it would be. it has a lot of flavours in it where i couldn't taste the hazelnut as much as i had hoped. i wish they had an outdoor seating area to sit and enjoy! i really liked the artwork on the buildings you could see from Cliffside. I would love to come back and try something new next time. read more

I love Cliffside! My fave coffee in Amarillo. Especially the skinny monkey fist. Been going there for all of their years. Also love the stickers they give out. read more

A local dupe for Dutch Bros but more affordable and extra friendly staff and the drinks are super good

Great coffee, had three times while in town over the weekend. Quick service too! Will always be back while in Amarillo.

The coffee was good. The address for this business is not the one on Yelp as of June 20th. They appear to have moved a few blocks away to a drive through location or the address on Yelp was just incorrect. Based upon past pictures we were looking forward to the seating, but it was okay. Fortunately, we past the location on the way to the posted address so we turned around and found it. We were still able to get coffee and there is a beautiful mural of Amarillo right next to it. read more

We stopped here this afternoon for a caffeine pick-me-up. This location is strictly drive thru/walk up only. This was entirely convenient for us and an easy spot for us to pull up and order. The menu is priced out including tax -- which is awesome. Prices were comparable with other local spots and similar to Starbucks. Flavoring is more creative than your average local spot. And baristas are super friendly and accommodating. We ordered three white mocha lattes, hot, and one blended PB&C (Peanut butter and chocolate) with almond milk. The almond milk is a 50 cent up-charge, but completely worth it. I really loved the barista that took our order. She was beyond friendly and made sure our first experience was amazing. We got to talking and we shared that we were here for the weekend. She gave us a punch card for our purchases and even added a few so that we could cash in on a buy one, get one on our way out of town! This was such a great gesture that made me want to come back. The coffee was flavorful and hit the spot. Come check out this local gem! read more

Chai tasted like literal water. SCOOTER'S Chai Is better. Don't waste your money. Probably won't be back.

Next to Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center- what is there not to love! Great people, light lunch menu.

The coffee was hot. Thats about the best part of my experience. The coffee does not have a impressive flavor profile nor did the barista know the difference between drip coffee and an americano. read more

Excellent source of coffee! && at 6 in the morning they were so sweet, attentive and the coffee on point! I didn't want a commercialized Sbux coffee--I wanted the homegrown taste and this is what I got from Cliffside. I got a large avalanche Hot and it was superb. Not scorching hot thank Gawd! I hate coffee that burns my taste buds. This was the perfect temperature. Cute little drive thru that you place your order at the window. Will definitely make this a favorite when in town. read more

Word-of-mouth peaked my curiosity, so I decided that next time I'm in that area of town, I would taste test the flavor-infused Red Bull drink. Cliffside is in the building that once was a Catfish Shake before they moved into their building about a block away. The service? Simply, outstanding!! This is what brings me back every time. The staff talk to the people that drive up to the order/payment window. in a manner that is becoming an exception... like they are genuinely asking questions to get to know their customers better, instead of being like other take-away windows, "Order... Your total is $... drive up to the next window... here's what you ordered... window closed before you can say thank you". The drink? I requested to have an infused Red Bull, with orange flavor. The staff asked if I had "ever had an orange creamsickle, would [I] like to try one?" Sounded interesting so I said, "sure! Why not?" It was really quite good. Definitely will be going back, and I urge you too as well. Here is a link to the different drinks they serve. https://squareup.com/store/CliffsideCoffee read more

Just ran through to get my afternoon pick up. I got the cliffhanger. I have always been a Starbucks person, but recently have gotten hooked on Cliffside! Kaytlin was the name of the girl that just help me and she was super friendly! read more

I just recently found out about Cliffside Coffee and decided to give them a try today. The place was really close to where I live and I think the reason why I didn't find out about them earlier because it is just a small drive thru coffee shop. However, the coffee was super good. I tried the iced cliffhanger and it's already my favorite:) Also, the lady who works there was super nice. Definitely one of my favorite coffee places in Amarillo for me and I'm gonna come back to try more of their coffee:) read more

Great coffee and wonderful service! While I love all the coffee drinks I've tried...some of my favorite drinks are not coffee. Faves: Black and White Hot Chocolate Frozen Lemonade (seasonal) read more

Very friendly staff and excellent coffee. The mocha frappe is a bit too sweet for my taste but still fairly good. The prices are quite reasonable as well. Can't go wrong if you stop here. I have to admit though that Cliffside is third on my list of the top coffee spots in Amarillo. First goes to Roasters, second to Palace Coffee and then Cliffside. All of them blow Starbucks out of the water! read more

Best coffee and cold drinks around, the staff is top rate; personable and accurate. I highly recommend this coffee shop!

We're from out of town and we were looking for a good place for some coffee. We found Cliffside driving by and decided to try it. We were not disappointed!!! They were super friendly and the coffee was amazing. They also gave us an almost filled up stamp card since we were only in town for the weekend. Definitely will be stopping by here again before we leave. read more

This place is service AWESOME! I do not know how the management put together this team but every member is in a good mood every day. Service is so much better than the big chains, coffee is better, and the line moves quickly. I cannot understand why anyone would go elsewhere, one of Amarillo's local business that understands service is king read more

Jennifer was just the sweetest! My grasshopper with 1/2 sweetness was just perfect;) Love supporting local coffee shops

Stopped by today for 2 drinks. Always enjoy the fact that the workers (and sometimes the owners) take the time to make conversation with the customers. This adds a personal touch. My wife and I own a business and this is something we teach our team as well, and it is refreshing to see other businesses not put all the focus on the profit. Great drinks and great customer service! read more

One of the best coffee places I've tried and it's on my way to work! I've only had the vanilla latte, but I love it! Line is crazy long on Fridays so get there early. I was late to work! Wish they served some yummy pastries like a cherry turnover or cinnamon rolls or blueberry muffins, but oh well. What they do they do very well! read more

I love this little coffee shop. While it is a bit weird to pull on the parking lot, the coffee is always promptly made and never fails to impress. The employee responsible for taking orders is always friendly and talkative and enjoyable to speak with. This is a great place to visit of you are searching for a sweet treat, their frozen coffies are delicious, but less so if you prefer bitter and dark coffee. read more

Only good things to say about this place. Quick and nice service, a lot of good choices for whatever your coffee desires are, and super good coffee! I got an iced mocha and I wish I had gotten a large because it was sooo delicious-rich and smooth and just the right amount of sweet. read more

Absolutely a wonderful place to get some coffee! There are plenty of coffee joints around town and this one is one of the best. Such friendly staff sure make the experience a lot better. I didn't read the fine line.... espresso based drinks...no coffee. No coffee. Sad morning.

Fantastic customer service and amazing drinks. Not going to mention any chain coffee shops, but after going there for years and even WORKING at one I can say that Cliffside Coffee is absolutely THE BEST! I never leave feeling sad or disappointed and always very well caffeinated :) read more

The coffee we ordered was delicious and the staff was very friendly and up beat. Not that overbearing fake coffee personality that you ofttimes run into. The coffee is good. Fancy drinks so if you want black coffee you get an americano. The reason for one less star is because on a cold windy morning I stood in line because we had a moving truck and couldn't go through the drive through. 20 minutes later we ordered. I wish they had focused a bit more on the people unprotected from the weather. Good flavor, friendly service!!!!! read more

I wish I got the girl's name that works here so I could shout her out..she was probably one of the most friendly people I've ever met. I'm traveling cross country and stopped in Amarillo.
