My wife and I ordered drip coffees with half-and-half, I'm still not sure what we actually received, as not only did my coffee taste like it had some sort of Irish cream-flavored something in it, but the whole front of the coffee cup looked like it had been dropped in coffee or coffee had spilled on it, and to be blunt, it just wasn't good. On top of that, it took almost 20 minutes to get our coffee, not simply because of a long line, but because the place seemed understaffed and incredibly busy and harried. Maybe we just went in on a bad day. But I certainly was not impressed and threw it out after a few sips.

(Driving from Houston, TX to Taos, NM for a week) Hubs is over here gushing about what a fantastic morning it's been, part because of the adventure of a new place and lower humidity, but also, this is a GREAT cup of coffee! Drive thru is hopping on a late Saturday morning, plenty of parking outside and seating inside. Ordered the usual (decaf flat white, heavy cream) and it came out HOT and quickly. That first sip is like heaven on earth. Hot. Creamy. Coffee forward. They've got the ratios just right and this is a splendid beverage. Friendly staff inside, wishing us a great day as we left - felt very genuine and kind. We'll bookmark this place for the return trip(s). A bit far to become regular customers here, but definitely worth the detour off I40 for a local spot!

The employees were extremely helpful in telling me about the various loose teas they have and the drinks they sell. I spent quite a bit of time reading labels and sniffing ingredients. They have one set of jars for people to look at and smell but they keep the product you actually buy behind the counter nice and safe. I was going to pick out four teas. Of course there were so many wonderful looking aromatic keys to choose from I couldn't limit it to 4 so I ended up with 6 different teas to take home and try. I love loose tea! (Voice text thought I said I Love Lucy, LOL). I also decided to get a hot tea to drink on the premises while I relax which was very enjoyable. I just got a Darjeeling because that is one tea I wanted to try out and hadn't found in any other store in town. I got a pump or two of black cherry flavoring in it for fun. It was delicious. The employees said they opened last August. I have the greatest admiration for anyone who has the courage to open a new business in the middle of a pandemic! I have to say, the place looked to be booming. The traffic was non-stop at the drive-up window. Oh, and they have a Rewards program where you get one point for every time you stop by and when you collect 10 points you get anything they sell for under $10 free. That could be an ounce of tea or something else. They have a row of 12 ready-to-drink teas in self-serve dispensers and a few different tea glasses and other tea making gadgets. They sell a couple kinds of pastries but not a big selection. But the best thing about this place is the cheerful and welcoming employees. I got a cappuccino and savory colache and my friend had a latte and slice of quiche. Everything was wonderful! I got the set up with the cappuccino, that came with some sparkling water and two dark chocolate covered açai berries. The foam artwork on my cappuccino was amazing and the heart lasted through the whole drinking experience. my compliments to the artist! It really was lovely. If you need a coffee I definitely recommend this place! Also, there is an open air porch situation where you can bring your pets. There's also plenty of seating both in front of the coffee bar and behind where you can sit on a couch or bar and write your book. There are many outlets and it is cozy and intended for working individuals.

went in here for my morning cup and ask if they had pour over. i was looking over the selection of…read morebeans and cashier suggest the house blend. try it and was underwhelmed. seems to be a bit diluted. and i tasted a little sour note. sorry, i dont like sour african coffee. my preference is south american chocolate nutty notes. i also felt the coffee to water ratio was perhaps higher to my liking. i usually do 20g coffee to 200ml water about a 10-11 ratio. this tastes kinda like a 15-16 ratio. i think this is just personal preference as I am just used to drinking more concentrated coffee than standard. my grind is also smaller thus if i extract to long, the coffee becomes bitter... anyways, pour over is a science with grind size, pour process and ratios all contributing to the flavor profile... not to mention the beans itself.. the only thing i would have wanted is a flight of different beans so I can try a variety and thus purchase the beans i like perhaps i should have instructed them to do a 10-11 ratio. anyways, the breakfast burrito was good and the place looks to be a really nice spot to hang as well. decided not to buy any beans.. perhaps i will mail order and try the other beans once I need to replenish my beans in a month or so
