I know I'm going to mess this up. But Rylie our bartender was crazy awesome. She shined when it came to dealing with people. I really want to buy a shirt but they are sold out of sizes. Super sad but I'm not going to take a star away due to an inventory issue. Hopefully they solve that.

We stopped here for a cold one while visiting the historic downtown area, and who doesn't like an Irish Pub? It was very covid friendly, with very spaced out tables and also a patio pub. We tried a draft IPA, Three Floyd's, and it was so outstanding, we just had to have another. It was crisp and clean, and of course, hoppy. The bartender was very friendly too. We may never be this way again, but if we should happen to, we would stop again.

Didn't expect to find an Irish bar in the middle of Bowling Green. But it was a welcome sight, the bartenders were super helpful, creating and helping me understand their signature and house specialty drinks and cocktails. Would absolutely return again if I am back in BGKY.

Good drinks, but for a place that's at the heart of bowling green, it's strange that they don't offer any form of food or snacks.

Screw this bar. God forbid you use the wrong "pronouns". I will take my money elsewhere.

The place has changed since the management changed. Music sucks, not an Irish pub anymore, might as well change the whole theme.

Our server was fantastic, personable, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive. He offered excellent recommendations for both drinks and appetizers, and every suggestion was spot-on. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her Vanilla Vodka Espresso Martini, while I savored a classic Old Fashioned. We also tried the special potato appetizer he suggested, which was outstanding. For our entrees, my wife ordered the Filet and I had the Ribeye, both were cooked perfectly and delicious. We were so satisfied by the end of the meal that we didn't have room for dessert, which simply gives us a great reason to return soon. Overall, it was a wonderful experience. The food was excellent, the portions were generous, and the pricing felt very reasonable. Every staff member we encountered, from the host to our server and the manager who checked on us multiple times, was attentive and kind. We truly enjoyed our evening and look forward to coming back.

I've been wanting to find a great Irish Pub in Mid TN, and I'm so happy Yelp lead me here!…read more I arrived around 6pm on a weeknight - there was plenty of parking in the lot, and our party was seated immediately. Not long after we ordered, there was live music, which set the perfect tone for the evening. One thing I really appreciated was the noise level in the low ceilinged room. The music brought energy and a great atmosphere, but was never too loud. We ordered the Scotch Eggs (a must!), fish & chips, bangers & mash, and Bailey's cheesecake. The food arrived quickly and was piping hot! The fast service, great vibes, and incredible service have me dreaming of my next visit to Mcnamara's!!

The staff are always nice and the food is always Delicious. They serve Apps, Salads, Sandwiches, Sides, Soup of the day and Have a Lunch Menu. They also serve some Irish Classics like Shepherds Pie, Irish Stew, Bangers and Mash, Fish & Chips and my personal favorite-- Corned Beef & Cabbage. They have a lounge upstairs and live Irish music almost every night starting around 6:00 p.m. You can go to their website and look at the calendar to see whether artists are playing on what specific night. If you want a little bit more quiet atmosphere, they have a dining area on the other side of the restaurant that is separate from the Stage and Bar Area, which BTW they have a full bar serving Irish Whiskeys, Beers and everything else you could want. It's located in Donelson about halfway in between the Airport and Opry Mills Mall. It's definitely worth checking out. They are closed on Sunday and Monday.. Slan libh
