Salt Creek Furniture in Glendale was my first stop and after visiting many other stores, I returned and furnished my ENTIRE house with Salt Creek. I agree with some of the other comments, that communication may not have been the best, however, I expected delays due to everything being shut down or delayed in 2020-2021. When the furniture arrived, it was beautiful and very well made. The delivery and set up was excellent. Fast forward to September 2024 and I had my primary bedroom painted. The painters cracked the storage footboard of my bed while moving it. I contacted customer service (Michael and Aaron) and ordered a replacement footboard. It took two weeks to come in and was delivered and installed as promised. Once again, the two delivery and installation guys were very polite, neat, and professional. If you are looking for quality furniture, I highly recommend Salt Creek Furniture. You just need to be patient with delivery, as quality takes time.
