Flor 12 year rum and Ashton VSG Eclipse cigar
    Mike D.

Very nice cigar bar on 16th floor of the Harrah's hotel. Bobby and Heather were great host & hostess for the 2 hours there. Enjoyed a Ashton VSG Eclipse with a nice Flor de Cana 12 year rum. Also got permission to do a cigar review for my channel, Smoke N' Tha Bay "Cigar Review". Also, while speaking with Bobby, found out this great location used to be the private bar of Sammy Davis Jr!!! How thrilling to be in the location where one of my favorite Rat Pack and actors of all time to have a smoke and drink! Will return on next trip out in Tahoe!

This is upscale cigar lounge and bar. 5 star decor and feel of the place . It has old school 40's vibe . The service lacked a lot. The bartender was forgetful and not personable . Maybe would have been better with more help. This place wasn't opened to the public before. It is rather cozy. If you smoke cigars , I say check it out . Located on the 16th floor of Harrahs .

I don't even wanna review it It's too good lemme keep it for myself Awesome place kinda hidden Very friendly ! If u wanna chat cool if not no one bothers you. Prices are fair too and great cigar and whiskey collection! Super friendly bartender too ! Great ventilation i was shocked when I left and I didn't completely smell like smoke Win! Also.. for everyone complaining about service, it's run by literally one person. Cool your jets. Even when it was busy I didn't feel unattended to. It's a cigar bar. What's the rush? We're there to relax

Quiet and a little hard to find, make sure to ask a worker where to go. But the drinks are good and staff is super nice.

So much goodness on this table!

This had some good reviews so I decided to come here for my sisters Birthday celebration to have some signature cocktails and a celebratory cigar and it did not disappoint.the space is very small and intimate but Melanie let us scoot some chairs and tables to fit us all and she made the most amazing drinks. We have Lemon Drops, comocazi's a bottle of bubbly, Dirty Martini's, the Ex Boyfriend, just amazing drinks that's were a perfect introduction for my sisters 21st experience. They also had an array of cigars to choose from depending if you rarely smoked, wanted to sample or were an experienced smoker. Also the views from being on the 16th floor at night were soo beautiful. The venue was filled with young people, middle age, older, so an array of customers but everyone was pretty relaxed and in great spirits, so fun!

Quiet, classy, quirky lounge with a view. We went on a Friday and for most the evening had half the bar to ourselves. It was the Freakers Halloween Ball so I imagine it's a bit busier whenever the neighbor casino isn't hosting such a large event.... and it's shoulder season. We enjoyed the peace and being able to sip some whiskey and wine without having to shout. I bet it's absolutely beautiful during a snow storm. The windows overlook Hwy 50 with a peek of mountains. The bartender was attentive and pleasant. Just a nice way to end the evening.

... fabulous place to relax and chill

The place is closed. Clearly they are doing renovations but the hours are not updated on their website or any place else. Very frustrating.

I don't know her name but the female bartender is so nice and very informative, if you have any questions about food or drink options she is the go to gal. I believe they have just recently added close up magic in the dinning area and the show the gentleman, James Mako, put on was very entertaining and unique. I tried to beat the trick but he was too good and both my wife and I were enveloped in his magic. We will be coming here every chance we get and I can promise you will do the same from now on

Either way if you are standing infront of of Bally's and looking at Bally's on your right you can't miss Noel's. If you are wanting to come here in a car I have no idea where you'd park. I don't believe there is any street parking not even metered parking. My best guess is you have to pay to park in one of the casino parking lots. Service was extremely slow as they only had one person working the front. She was taking orders and making drinks. Including going to the back and making the smoothies. She was really hustling and continually apologizing for the wait. Everyone was really patient and we even gave her a big tip for all the work she was doing. I do believe there was a serving person in the back making the sandwiches. We had two of the 3 breakfast croissant sandwiches. There was one with hollandaise sauce and another with goat cheese and arugula. The one with the hollandaise I liked best initially, but unless you gobble it fast why it's still hot it's not the best. You need to eat it while it's piping hot. It's your typical breakfast sandwich. The one with the arugula and goat cheese was interesting. I'm not a fan of arugula so I had my doubts. As it turned out it was my favorite. The arugula wasn't too much. It balanced out the egg, tomato, and goat cheese. If you aren't familiar with goat cheese it's a lot like cream e. Same consistency. I'd order it again. They have plenty of cozy seating. I liked the tucked away booth in the back that we sat in. It's right before the bathroom. You won't see it till you head down the bar. There was a steady stream of patrons. Mostly only ordering drinks. Coffee drinks of one sort or another. The ones that were getting sandwiches were getting the arugula one. The space is narrow. You wonder what was there previously. They also have a full bar. Thank you for the adorable tissue packet. They have a basket of them for those that leave reviews.

Let's just say, I had to keep reminding myself, "you aren't in Vegas..." The entrance is cool looking, except the fact that they had 10 security guards standing outside it. This did not help me feel safer, if anything I questioned even going in, but my brother in-law insisted we go in since Peek was too pricey for bottle service. So here we go... On Saturdays, they charge an entrance fee of $20 for guys and girls are free. Once you walk in, you can feel how small this place is. Immediately to the left you will find the only bar in the club. Directly in front of you they have maybe 5 "VIP" tables and a couple go-go dancing stages. Behind that is the DJ booth. This place is nothing special. I probably would not return for a second visit, merely because it smells like vomit, the DJ sucks and transitioning between songs and the vibe just isn't there for me. You just can't go from playing ratchet rap music, to a slow country song...no, no, no, no, no. Who does that? I would have to say, spend the extra $20-50 dollars to go to Peek, that place at least looks like and feels like a club ready to party.
