Ana was great, I think my Jean vest though her off at first, but she warmed up after I smiled and said something clever. Like.... Your spirits are on point, love th whiskey selection from bUffalo Trace!" All went well after that. Place is cute, potential to be a lil stuff with stiffy's. But, I'm not having that, I will break that shiz!
Located a few doors down front m Bally's next to CVS. There may be casino or bar between CVS and this place. Either way if you are standing infront of of Bally's and looking at Bally's on your right you can't miss Noel's. If you are wanting to come here in a car I have no idea where you'd park. I don't believe there is any street parking not even metered parking. My best guess is you have to pay to park in one of the casino parking lots. Service was extremely slow as they only had one person working the front. She was taking orders and making drinks. Including going to the back and making the smoothies. She was really hustling and continually apologizing for the wait. Everyone was really patient and we even gave her a big tip for all the work she was doing. I do believe there was a serving person in the back making the sandwiches. We had two of the 3 breakfast croissant sandwiches. There was one with hollandaise sauce and another with goat cheese and arugula. The one with the hollandaise I liked best initially, but unless you gobble it fast why it's still hot it's not the best. You need to eat it while it's piping hot. It's your typical breakfast sandwich. The one with the arugula and goat cheese was interesting. I'm not a fan of arugula so I had my doubts. As it turned out it was my favorite. The arugula wasn't too much. It balanced out the egg, tomato, and goat cheese. If you aren't familiar with goat cheese it's a lot like cream e. Same consistency. I'd order it again. They have plenty of cozy seating. I liked the tucked away booth in the back that we sat in. It's right before the bathroom. You won't see it till you head down the bar. There was a steady stream of patrons. Mostly only ordering drinks. Coffee drinks of one sort or another. The ones that were getting sandwiches were getting the arugula one. The space is narrow. You wonder what was there previously. They also have a full bar. Thank you for the adorable tissue packet. They have a basket of them for those that leave reviews.
This review is for coffee and Matcha only. Walking in, the decor kind of takes your breath away. It is well-intentioned and dark in the right spaces. As I walked in, there was a musician setting up and the bartender greeted me. I ordered the banana bread latte iced with their house made banana bread syrup for my husband. That was my absolute favorite drink between that and the Matcha. I ordered the strawberry Matcha Americano and I think there might have been some confusion because I did order it iced but then said Americano so the bartender thought I wanted it hot. I told him not to worry about a remake and to just pour it over some ice because I don't like to waste. They say that they use a ceremonial Matcha. Being a matcha enthusiast, the color really wasn't there nor was the umami, but that's OK because what surprised me is that they actually make it in a bowl and whisk! While I wouldn't return for the Matcha, I would absolutely be back for coffee that has a house made syrup. We got it with oat milk and it was just divine. I found myself reaching for that drink more than my Matcha. Inside is very clean with plenty of seating and I love the live music aspect right when you walk in.

They have music on some nights and it seems to be pretty popular. Haven't checked it out at night yet but will definitely make my rounds!
Noels is a coffee shop by day and a craft cocktail bar by night. Recommended from a server at Mr. Ps, Noel's welcomes you into an enchanted, whimsical atmosphere. This spot was hopping at night, slight cover charge before DJ went on, tables are first come first serve but do have a server so you don't have to wait at bar for drinks (which is nice)! Service was great, decently quick, and lady server was accommodating (as friend did not like her drink-don't know name). Espresso martini hit the spot- easy to drink, orange notes, and silky! Definitely worth checking out this spot when in south lake!
Coffee served 'till 5pm, but coffee with spirits served 'till close! Creative cocktails. Live music. Cool atmosphere. A bit pricy at $20/drink. We enjoyed our time here. Would come back to try some other cocktails and also in the AM to try the other offerings: coffee, smoothies and a limited food menu. The only downfall is there is no street parking. There's a paid parking lot in back that's free for the first 45 minutes, then $15 for up to two hours.

He had a list of songs to choose from and they're all country slow version so don't expect an upbeat pop song. The popular most requested songs were listed at $20 like Wonderwall. He was nice to let our group sing as if it was karaoke. Keep in mind there were speakers outside on the side walk! For drinks, they have a list of craft cocktails like a coffee section, sippers, beer, mocktails. We ordered: Noel's Espresso Martini - delicious! Cafe Bamboo - Japanese whiskey Bonito - one of the first 3 on the menu that's sweet. This was very pineapple. Bananas in Nola - this is a sipper drink w 100 proof rye whiskey Elixir of the month - coffee old fashion The decor and vibe is very prohibition. During the day, they have a cafe for coffee, lattes and matcha w pastries. The beautiful velvet blue coaches are for reserved parties or first come first serve if no one reserved it. I would recommend to reserve otherwise you'll be at the bar.

Stopped by this place for an early morning coffee and was pleasantly surprised. The interior was beautiful, a moody aesthetic with couches and bar seating available. There's also a small stage where live music is played daily. Both coffee and alcohol are served all day. I ordered the seasonal drink, a pistachio white mocha. It was so good! Perfectly balanced sweetness and the actual espresso was great too. The service was prompt, although not the friendliest. But there is minimal counter interaction so it wasn't as big of a deal. I would want to return for drinks and to hear the live music.
This little gem was an amazing experience! I went here with one of my girlfriends. They have an excellent coffee menu as well as a very inviting spirit selection. The bar tender was a beautiful lady wearing a cowboy hat and a smile. It feels like your in an older time medicine hut, with beautiful and dead things on the walls. I had an expresso martini that was perfection! Must go when your up there!

Clean, balanced, exactly what I was hoping for first thing in the morning. First espresso shot wasn't great. Something was off in extraction. To their credit, they pulled a second as a consolation and it was definitely better. Not perfect, but improved. I appreciated the effort. The space is kind of cutesy, kind of silly in a charming way. Apothecary vibes, playful decor, not taking itself too seriously. Overall enjoyed the coffee and the scene. I'd come back, probably for another pour over.
Randomly stopped in for a few coffees. The bar itself was loaded and was beautifully decorated. The bartender was so friendly and the coffee was one of the best I've ever had. The only negative is the parking. You'll pay 3x the price of your coffee to park unless you get lucky. I'll definitely have to check this place out for their cocktails

Don't let the name Noel Coffee fool you--this is a great speakeasy bar! The decor is elegant, and at night the place really comes alive with a DJ. The cocktails were outstanding. There's a great selection, and every drink we tried was well made. The staff was really nice and helpful, too, which made the experience even better. It's a little pricey, but worth it for the drinks, service, and atmosphere. We had a great time and will definitely be back next time we're in Tahoe! read more

I have found was is currently my favorite bar in all of Nevada! We were in Tahoe for my bday weekend and decided to walk around South Tahoe and pop in at a couple different bars before our dinner plans. We had passed by this bar a couple times but at the time didn't realize what it was until we found it on yelp and liked what we saw. Open walking in we really like the aesthetic and they had a person playing acoustic guitar which further set the mood inside. We sat at the bar and were promptly greeted by Kristin and after a bit of looking at all the great drinks on the menu started making our way through a couple of them. All the drinks we had here were really good but my favorite for sure was the Coffee Negroni. Not just is it served in a cool way with the cocktail being poured over coffee into the glass, but it was an exceptional Negroni. We don't come to Tahoe too often but from now on this has to be a must-stop local for now into eternity. read more

This bar is so cute!! They also double as a coffee shop and have live music. I have to say the service was amazing today, I forgot the woman who helped me but she made delicious drinks, even customized some for my friend and was so patient. I love that they make their own syrups here, it made such a difference! The Noel's espresso martini is dangerous, you couldn't even taste the alcohol. The blueberry mint burbon drink was also so good, the egg whites really balanced out the burbon. read more

if you're looking for a cute and aesthetic coffee shop, this is it in lake tahoe! I got the Auburn latte and it was SO good and really strong. The flavor was amazing and it definitely woke me up. I also loved the interior, the space is really cute and cozy. They even had a live show going on while I was there which made the whole vibe even better. Such a fun coffee spot! Friendly service from the barista...she was the only one working but warmly greeted us and informed us we'd be able to order as soon as she was done making the drinks for the previous customers. We sat at a booth across from the bar, and the vibes are actually really cozy considering it's such a large space. My latte was warm and spicy, very cute place for coffee! read more

This coffee house is adorable!!! Love the vibe! Plenty of seating and they even had live music on a Saturday at 11am. The barista was fabulous and made great drinks. We had the black & white peppermint mocha, iced vanilla matcha, and vanilla latte. Highly recommend! read more

This is a great cocktail bar right off of the main strip in South Lake Tahoe. Its dark and moody ambiance creates a relaxed atmosphere to chill with a drink and listen to the live music. You might want to consider a reservation since it's not a big place and can get busy on the weekends. read more

Stopped here for breakfast and coffee. Once inside, we were greeted w friendly staff and beautiful ambiance. Our coffee was strong and food delish. The one thing is we couldn't find street parking so had to park across the street in a hotel parking lot. So that made it a little complicated but Overall we were happy we made it out here! read more
Loved the live music at this cute bar that doubles as a coffee cafe during the day. They have a good drink menu, service is quick with only one person working all the tables and one bartender. Mostly small round tables for couples and bar seating. No food in the evenings. I would definitely go back. read more
Great coffee and fun seasonal flavors. I got the b&w mocha and it was the perfect sweet to coffee ratio. Barista was super friendly and inside it's very cute and decorated. They also had hand sewn small tissue packs for free to grab, it was so cute and thoughtful for the cold weather. Will definitely be coming back here every time I'm staying in this area! read more
Came here for some nice cocktails after dinner and was surprised by how hard this 1 block was partying. At least this Saturday night they had a DJ, a mini-dance floor, really fun vibes, just not what I expected for cocktail bar. We were lucky to snag bar seats right away ~11pm but right after, there was a line of folks waiting to get in and standing room only. Notably great service and hustle by the hosts and bartenders - they were busy! Noel's interestingly serves coffee in the AM, cocktails at nights, as well as I guess real food including hot pastrami during the day? I tried the Fleur de Neige, which tasted like a fancy lemonade - may not be a bad thing but unfortunately was too sweet for my taste and lacked complexity for $22 ($25 with tax and tip). That's rich, even coming from SF. I'd come back to try the coffees in the AM next time. read more

Stopped here while on trip and loved it Very cool inside, temp and vibe wise, the perfect place to escape the heat and enjoy a drink (or a few) Our bartender was very personable and gave us good recommendations. I will say though he was the only one working and it did take a while, we weren't in a rush so no worries we waited but we saw a few others walk out. Drinks were very well made! I wasn't a huge fan of the espresso martini but loved the paper plane. Overall would definitely recommend read more

Wow truly incredible coffee and drinks! We stopped by to check it out, we had the B&W Mocha and their classic espresso martini, they did not disappoint! We loved the service so much that we came back the very next day, we tried their sandwiches and they were delicious. The vibes inside were great, the decor and live music made our trip to South Lake Tahoe. Cozy and cute. read more
What an awesome concept and experience. Noel's is that wonderful mix of coffee and alcohol that so many of us love. I initially visited this place at night where they had live music and a band. The vibe was great and they had quite a bit of seating which allowed us to side down in a little personal nook. The staff was great and attentive, checking on us quite a bit and getting our drinks quickly. The next day I visited this place for my morning coffee and it definitely felt like a coffee house. Really love that they are able to do both so well. Will visit again! read more

Such a cute place with an amazing vibe. Coffee was delicious and the breakfast sandwiches were amazing! Need to come back in the evening and try the more adult beverages. Server was friendly and welcoming and answered all our questions. Would come back here for sure! read more
We luckily were able to walk in with a party of four, but most ppl had reservations. We were provided with some awkward seating arrangements due to limited seating (eg in a row or two tables with a walkway in the middle). Drinks are around ~$19, I tried a sipper, which was more spirit heavy, but pretty good. My friends tried the cocktails and I really enjoyed the guava one, sweet and fruity! The alcohol used is made from fermenting sugarcane! The vibes were very nice -- there was a musician playing the saxophone. Ambiance is very suitable for a music loving, and chill group with moody lighting and elegant retro decor. read more
