HQ is a cool small bar in the middle of the Montbleu Casino. I went here because I didn't want to gamble anymore and was waiting for my girlfriend. It took me a while to get noticed. I asked the bartender to make me a Tahoe blue bomb. He had no idea what I was talking about, then he couldn't find the Tahoe blue vodka for the drink. So I went with the Vitamin C instead. Three simple ingredients: red bull, orange juice, and stoli oranj. Very good drink. Didn't even taste like I was consuming alcohol. With such a small glass I had a serious buzz going though. I wish the bartender knew more about what he was serving but other then that, very cool place.

One of the best nights by far in Tahoe #HQ

I went here on several occasions and got my drink on. It was a cool bar to drink at and sort of reminded me of the bar in MGM Las Vegas.

The bar is located in the middle of the casino but had a nice ambience to take you away from the casino feeling.

The atmosphere is unique and elegant without being over the top. The food is amazing with so many options, I personally recommend the braised pork cheek and the bison carpachio, along with the braised short rib for the main. The bread pudding is top of the line dessert, just trust me its amazing. The service is on point and very quick and attentive as well as friendly and welcoming. I don't know her name but the female bartender is so nice and very informative, if you have any questions about food or drink options she is the go to gal. I believe they have just recently added close up magic in the dinning area and the show the gentleman, James Mako, put on was very entertaining and unique. I tried to beat the trick but he was too good and both my wife and I were enveloped in his magic. We will be coming here every chance we get and I can promise you will do the same from now on

The first floor is for shows and theaters. The restaurant is on the 3rd floor. Waiter/service are kind. But we did have to flag them down quite often to clear empty finished plates. Food: tapa food. So things don't come in great large quantities. Rather for taste and enjoyment. I don't think you can go wrong with any of the dishes. If you had to only try one, the portobello mushrooms were so good. Otherwise, everything is pretty tasty

He had a list of songs to choose from and they're all country slow version so don't expect an upbeat pop song. The popular most requested songs were listed at $20 like Wonderwall. He was nice to let our group sing as if it was karaoke. Keep in mind there were speakers outside on the side walk! For drinks, they have a list of craft cocktails like a coffee section, sippers, beer, mocktails. We ordered: Noel's Espresso Martini - delicious! Cafe Bamboo - Japanese whiskey Bonito - one of the first 3 on the menu that's sweet. This was very pineapple. Bananas in Nola - this is a sipper drink w 100 proof rye whiskey Elixir of the month - coffee old fashion The decor and vibe is very prohibition. During the day, they have a cafe for coffee, lattes and matcha w pastries. The beautiful velvet blue coaches are for reserved parties or first come first serve if no one reserved it. I would recommend to reserve otherwise you'll be at the bar.

Either way if you are standing infront of of Bally's and looking at Bally's on your right you can't miss Noel's. If you are wanting to come here in a car I have no idea where you'd park. I don't believe there is any street parking not even metered parking. My best guess is you have to pay to park in one of the casino parking lots. Service was extremely slow as they only had one person working the front. She was taking orders and making drinks. Including going to the back and making the smoothies. She was really hustling and continually apologizing for the wait. Everyone was really patient and we even gave her a big tip for all the work she was doing. I do believe there was a serving person in the back making the sandwiches. We had two of the 3 breakfast croissant sandwiches. There was one with hollandaise sauce and another with goat cheese and arugula. The one with the hollandaise I liked best initially, but unless you gobble it fast why it's still hot it's not the best. You need to eat it while it's piping hot. It's your typical breakfast sandwich. The one with the arugula and goat cheese was interesting. I'm not a fan of arugula so I had my doubts. As it turned out it was my favorite. The arugula wasn't too much. It balanced out the egg, tomato, and goat cheese. If you aren't familiar with goat cheese it's a lot like cream e. Same consistency. I'd order it again. They have plenty of cozy seating. I liked the tucked away booth in the back that we sat in. It's right before the bathroom. You won't see it till you head down the bar. There was a steady stream of patrons. Mostly only ordering drinks. Coffee drinks of one sort or another. The ones that were getting sandwiches were getting the arugula one. The space is narrow. You wonder what was there previously. They also have a full bar. Thank you for the adorable tissue packet. They have a basket of them for those that leave reviews.

Let's just say, I had to keep reminding myself, "you aren't in Vegas..." The entrance is cool looking, except the fact that they had 10 security guards standing outside it. This did not help me feel safer, if anything I questioned even going in, but my brother in-law insisted we go in since Peek was too pricey for bottle service. So here we go... On Saturdays, they charge an entrance fee of $20 for guys and girls are free. Once you walk in, you can feel how small this place is. Immediately to the left you will find the only bar in the club. Directly in front of you they have maybe 5 "VIP" tables and a couple go-go dancing stages. Behind that is the DJ booth. This place is nothing special. I probably would not return for a second visit, merely because it smells like vomit, the DJ sucks and transitioning between songs and the vibe just isn't there for me. You just can't go from playing ratchet rap music, to a slow country song...no, no, no, no, no. Who does that? I would have to say, spend the extra $20-50 dollars to go to Peek, that place at least looks like and feels like a club ready to party.
