Arrow sent a repairman out and a part had to be ordered. They expedited the ordering process and sent out a loaner refrigerator in the meantime. But, in the meantime, I had lost all of my food and I was getting ready to host my family for Thanksgiving, I was not happy! The repairman came out and installed the new part but the refrigerator still didn't work. So they told me to just come in and pick out another refrigerator. I didn't see anything that I liked or that I felt would compare to the one I purchased, except one amazing, way over my budget, Samsung model! Carol hesitated to make the exchange but I reminded her of the inconvenience I had experienced as well as all the food I'd lost just days before Thanksgiving. Carol finally agreed to give me the Samsung model and delivered it just 2 days later; so far so good. I am extremely impressed with the awesome customer service I received and their willingness to go above and beyond to help. Things could have been so different had I purchased from a big box store; I'm sure they would not have worked so closely with me. Carol took all my calls, returned calls and made me a priority. I highly recommend Arrow Appliances. Thank you Carol and I'll definitely be back.

Everyone in the store was solicitous, respectful, and extremely kind to my Mom. They bent over backwards to assist her. Professional licensed plumber, Chris, showed up promptly on delivery and installation day with the new dishwasher. It was very difficult to remove the old dishwasher, but he did it--AND put the new dishwasher in place--with skill, professionalism, positivity, and patience. His demeanor was very pleasant and kind. My Mom is very grateful to Arrow Appliance, and our entire family knows who to go to when we have any appliance needs. Thank you, Arrow Appliance!

He had to order one of the parts but made a temporary repair so we could still us the washing machine until the part came in. The manager asked him nicely to put car in forward facing. The worker started to cuss my manager and his wife out. He tried to provoke my apartment manager to hit him. For the next 4 hours I had to listen to this guy cuss at my dryer and throw out derogatory Chinese slurs claiming they can't build anything. He completely broke the entire machine beyond repair, then says oh well call the manufacturer again and they will replace it. There was bolts everywhere on my kitchen floor. He obviously has no clue how to fix things. My 10 year old could have done a better job.

After THREE MONTHS of waiting for parts, six house calls, and going from a leaking ice maker to one that didn't work AT ALL, I finally accepted that his technician couldn't fix the problem and that I was only throwing good money after bad. I called someone else (a technician who used to work for Paul's, as it turned out, and said Paul owed him $8,000 when he finally quit). He had my ice maker fixed in four days. I was out the $254 I spent with Paul's plus another $280. Paul's sent me a check for $75--wow! That didn't even cover the cost of the part that didn't need replacing, much less the one the technician broke. I'll never do business with Paul's High Desert Appliance again. Use at your own risk.

They even showed up to my house causing a scene and asking for money. I was late to a doctors appointment which was located over an hour away in a different city due to their unprofessionalism. I told them that I was on my way to a doctors appointment and they ignored me and kept asking for money. The guy that came out to my home then called the manager and took up more time. The payment plan was for me to pay the next day and they arrived to my home one day prior to my scheduled payment date. I literally had to say, have a nice day and walk away to end the conversation. They would not leave my home. The next day, which was when my payment was scheduled, I made the payment online. I paid the full amount that my account said that I needed to pay. And then I called in later to have an item returned because I did not need it anymore and then this is when they told me that I am still behind and they are going to have to take all of my items. I asked if they received my payment, they said yes, but it was not the full amount that was due so they will have to take all of the items. I told them I paid the full amount that my account said was due. They said sometimes the website does not show the accurate amount due. I said I should not be faulted for that. That is not my fault and I wanted a refund for my last payment, they said no.

For several years Oak Valley Appliance has repaired my appliances. Every service call is quick and…read morecourteous. It is one of the few appliance companies I've used that tries to bring out the needed parts, if they can determine over the phone what could have gone wrong. Many appliance repair companies will order the part after the service call which can delay the repair. Edit: I forgot to add their trip charge is reasonable especially when you consider the cost of fuel and time it takes to make service calls. Highly recommend Oak Valley Appliance as they are the best!
