Such a fantastic place!…read more My niece had her gymnastic spectacular tonight. All of the kids were great! The staff was incredible and the parents were your typical proud parents. Lol! The gym was spacious and very well lite. It was a bit warm. But, there were about 200 people in there. The staff offered treats and a 50\50 raffle. It was great to be able to see and hear about some of the more advanced students. A few suggestions. Air conditioning, maybe a better way to "check" in? Or instead of having people form a line, a ticket booth? It was so packed in the little front lobby. It was hard to breath. The pictures, shirts, roses and sweets may have been better placed some place other then the small front lobby. Its an awesome place to learn gymnastics. They offer many different things. Including mommy and me all the way up to adult. The staff was fantastic with my hyper 5 year old niece.

Then locker room is very large as well with multiple lockers for your belongings. Then there is the physical therapy area. They offer a variety of services as well as massages. I have used the gym and the medical part of it. I enjoy both parts. The gym membership is expensive, but you have access to all of it. The physical therapy side has great employees/therapists. They are professional, knowledgeable, and very nice.

Your membership includes almost all classes which include yoga, spinning, weight training, some pilates, zumba, and many more. The weight room is huge. Plenty of cardio machines, stretch equipment, lap pool, open pool for water aerobics. There's dry and steam saunas along with a huge whirlpool that are located in each locker room. They provide towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion and hair dryers. There's always plenty of parking. There are personal trainers, massage therapists, and it's attached to physical therapy so you can find just about anything here for wellness. Staff is friendly and top notch.​

So I decided, what other way to LIFT this burden than to pump some iron. I came fully decked out in my sweatsuit and I was ready to kick butt! I mainly stayed near the free weight area to do curls. My little buggy whips were soon becoming pythons. It didn't take long for me to tuckered out as I usually only get in my exercise during grape harvest season. Then she got sick with a serious infliction. While still recovering, they cut her from the team. I think they were embarrassed because she had a medical issue between sets on the side lines. They have a very smug attitude and don't care about the kids. Its all about making money for them. Scumbags are constantly lying about future facility developments also. They have been homeless for several years now and the coaching is at the lowest level. There will be few scholarships generated from the members of their teams. Most good players leave the program.

The Cleveland Volleyball Co. has had a reputation as a top notch volleyball club on a local,…read moreregional, and national level until now... this year, 2020, they did not fulfill their end of the contracts with the players. Not only did they not provide conditioning once a week, the limited practice schedule was held at different locations and times since they lost their lease on their previous facility. The players suffered. Due to the corona virus, tournament fees were refunded to the organization, BUT, not to the players. In fact, NO refund has been offered. Other clubs in the area have done the right thing and passed on a partial refund to the $1,000+ fees paid by each player, why doesn't CVC?
