I keep trying to give them the benefit of the doubt but my visit today was the last one. The selection is very good but when they can't take a few minutes to help find a size or even greet you when you walk in it's time to shop at on of the other many stores where you can find some of the same items.

Many of the clothing and shoe items here were the previous season's collection or the ones that didn't sell from Dick's Sporting Goods. TENNIS SHOES (1/5 rating) -- Disappointing. None/Very Limited. I was surprised that they had very limited tennis shoes. Infact, the store only had one available in the women's section but it was a size 7 shoe and I wear a bigger size shoe so I couldn't buy that one. I specifically came to find tennis shoes to play tennis in but they only had one female tennis shoe that wasn't my size. Sadly, their tennis shoe options are extremely limited unless you go online. The store had shoes for running and other sports but nothing in their tennis selection. For such a big store, this was disappointing. MY PURCHASES -- An employee helped me find tennis shoes on the Dick's Sporting Goods website that had a deal or he may have applied some sale. I bought the Prince Women's Advantage Lite 3 Tennis Shoe which cost under $55. // I also purchased a yellow fitness t-shirt which was on sale for less than $7. The store is very big and feels a little disorganized at certain sections due to the huge amount of inventory that they have but be patient or get an employee to assist you to find something. If you are looking for a great deal on workout gear (fitness clothing) then shop at Going, Going, Gone before an item is GONE off the shelf. You will definitely get alot of items for a low price so the value is good. They told me it would be 2 to 3 days and cost $25 but they would call for verbal confirmation to proceed. They called me four days later and said it would be $75, but I told them to proceed. I called them a week later for an update which they could not provide and told me to call back the next day. I called back the next day and was once again told they have no update but that I should call back the next day. When I called back the next day, I was told confirmation was never provided and they haven't started a repair. Kim, the manager, provided no value or remedy for the situation. I'll make every attempt to avoid spending a dollar with Dick's Sporting Goods again.

Then we were told that men's wide shoes and women's wide shoes are the same, but the men's wide were too wide. Jahnavi seemed to not believe this statement from my mom. I don't know why my mom wasn't fitted in women's Hokas at all, there was more pressure applied for my mom to buy the exact shoes that I have, which she didn't want. Then there was pressure to upsell her on insoles when she had to have shoes special ordered. The whole thing was just weird. My mom is old. It feels like a pushy salesperson was taking advantage of her. I told my mom to go in the evenings when the nice, younger guys are working because they don't bully people.
