My interest in attending sparked after he mentioned the affordability of the ticket prices. By halftime, I could not resist purchasing a ticket to watch this second game of the preseason. I ended up buying my ticket on-site at the Ticketmaster booth at Huntington Bank Stadium, choosing one of the cheaper options in the nosebleed section for $22--which I have absolutely no shame about. To redeem my ticket, a link was sent to my phone, allowing me to open the barcode to be scanned for entry into the stadium. Thanks to great signage, I easily found my section, row, and seat! I thoroughly enjoyed myself as I munched on $7 French fries from the concession stand while blending in with the Cleveland Browns and Buffalo Bills fans. Huntington Bank Field is a gorgeous facility, and its location directly right by Lake Erie only adds to its beauty. I could not resist taking pictures from the stands with Cleveland's skyline in the background. However, it was not a very lively atmosphere, especially for Cleveland Browns fans, as the football team appears to be struggling as the preseason kicks off. With the Browns down 31-7, I ended up leaving with just a few minutes left in the game. Ultimately, it was the experience of visiting that mattered most to me, and the Browns still have plenty of time to get on the right track. It appears to me that they are still having quarterback troubles, which was the exact same story as last year. If I am in Cleveland during the regular season, I am very open to returning to Huntington Bank Stadium just to see the Cleveland Browns again, given how enjoyable this experience was. ~Escape the ordinary. ~ Thomas G

We had seats in section 341 and it was a nice view. The stadium was nice and most of it appeared well maintained. The rain was intermittent and we had ponchos so there's that. There is a variety of seating and food stations spread throughout the arena. Getting your food doesn't take long and is quick. The availability of staff to help is abundant. Leg room in the seats is less in the upper bowl than the lower bowl. I'm 5'9" and in the upper bowl I have just enough room. They can improve by adding more escalators to and from the upper bowl. When leaving a Cavaliers game at the end of the game a long line forms to ride the escalators down. There are other ways down. The elevators are as crowded as. The stairs lead to outside and so those heading to Tower City via the walking bridge need to take the escalators unless they take the stairs, go outside, and then come back in the entrance by the stairs leading to the walking bridge. Also, the escalator that goes from the walking bridge to the arena is broken down a lot.

The food options are excellent, with plenty of variety beyond your typical ballpark hot dogs and nachos. One tip if you plan on attending multiple games: get the souvenir soda cup. Unlimited refills throughout the season make it a pretty good deal. Another recommendation is to head up to the Terrace Bar before the game. Great views of the ballpark and downtown, and surprisingly, a lot of people don't even realize it's up there. The Guardians might be a small-market team, but you would never know it from the fans. One of my favorite things about Cleveland is that when there's a game happening, it feels like the entire city knows about it and is paying attention. Whether you're at the ballpark, sitting in a bar, or just walking around downtown, everyone seems to know how the Guardians are doing. That's one of the things I absolutely love about this city. Cleveland doesn't always get the credit it deserves, but the passion for its sports teams is hard to beat. Progressive Field is a perfect example of that. Even if you're not a Guardians fan, it's worth catching a game here.

The food scene is local, with so much to choose from, tacos, burgers, pasta, fries, pretzels and the basics of hot dogs, what is not to love. Clearly there are plenty of food choices, but the upgraded seating, from club seats, the kids zone, the bleachers or up in section 500, no view is bad. There are plenty of places to explore if you don't want to be tied to your seat between innings. I love baseball, love the roar of the crowd, the sound of Tom Hamilton is the best sound a girl could ask for!

I have been out of touch with most teams in the past two or three years except the New York teams and the Florida Marlins. So here's the playoffs and I'm wondering where this new team came from called the Guardians. After the first playoff game I realized it was the Cleveland Indians. I'm sorry but couldn't they have been a little more creative with a new name. I don't think the Seminoles have changed their name. Regardless Cleveland is having a good year. Maybe they'll win another World Series, but not this year! (I hope) How can I not like them. They won the World Series the year I was born! The team's World Series championship drought since 1948 is the longest among all 30 current Major League teams. So if they win I won't feel too too bad.

First, it's understandable to postpone the 17th's game due to smoke. An inconvenience, sure, but then they decide to inconvenience everyone wanting to attend the next days game by moving it to 7:10pm. Brilliant, let's mess with everyone attending that game as well. Of course, they don't want to miss a penny. What if people cannot attend the later game now? Are their tix and parking pass available for exchange? Yes, but only for the 17th's rescheduled game at 1:10. Hmmm, that seems okay, BUT the parking pass is no good if exchanged? Cannot get a new parking pass? Only a credit, and probably will have to park further out and pay more. Due to newly rescheduled 1:10 pm game filling the parking lot! Exchange tixs, sure, but no where near original seats, and could cost more?!? This was to be our second game since the ball club became woke and changed their name. This will now be our last. After waiting on hold and being cutoff twice, the third time was the charm and the nice lady informed us of the policy above. Funny how our AARP status did not matter, just walk an extra half mile, drive home at night with your bad eyes. No, you cannot exchange for the Sunday1:10pm game! Ever wonder why people choose day time games and buy parking passes close to the venue? Morons! If we were Native American we might have been upgraded to the terrace and have VIP parking. Selected a phone call from a supervisor during the survey after speaking to the nice lady. Still waiting. Semper Fi millionaires!

Parking was plentiful, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. After a photo opportunity at the entrance, we were free to explore the museum at our own pace. As someone who isn't a huge football fan, I was mostly tagging along for my husband, who was excited to visit. While there were plenty of exhibits, we were surprised that some notable players we expected to see had very little presence. My husband enjoyed the experience overall but felt there could have been more to see. One thing that stood out was the lack of seating throughout the museum. If you're planning to spend a few hours walking through the exhibits, be prepared to stay on your feet. We spent about two hours exploring and found the two theater presentations to be the highlight of the visit. The films were engaging and, for me, the most memorable part of the experience. The photo packages offered at the entrance were quite expensive, with the cheapest option starting around $38 for digital downloads only. The gift shop was also on the pricey side. In the end, we purchased the digital photos and a few small souvenirs. Overall, it's a worthwhile stop for football fans, especially if you can take advantage of a combo ticket. While my husband was glad he finally got to visit, we both felt the experience was a bit shorter and less extensive than we expected.
