Whether you call it Gund Arena, The Q or Rocket Arena...you gotta love it! Dan Gilbert and company put on a great performance at a Cavs game. The staff are super friendly and do accommodating, there is something for ever packet, young or old. Truly a great seat from any vantage point in the arena.

Saturday Matinee Hockey at Rocket Arena. Monsters vs Bruins. Many different food choices. We sat by Swensons & Flour. Burgers or Pizza. Good food from both. Pricing is relative being at a sports venue. Good entertainment besides the hockey game. Plenty of kids activities, music, give away. Had a really really good afternoon!

Easy - fan favorite - great seats everywhere! Come have a ball at the NBA playoffs Cleveland Cavs style! Place is big but feels small and intimate allowing for a lively and enthusiastic fan experience that is loud and amazingly tough for an opponent. Let's Go Cavs!

Rocket arena is massive but fairly easy to navigate as each level goes in a circle. The staff were super helpful if you had questions about navigation. One staff member even gave us a tip for the merch line and mentioned that there were additional merch stands upstairs. The food, drink, and merchandise stands were plentiful. Also a large amount of bathrooms to choose from so the ladies room line was not too bad. Our show was unusual as we had to put our phones in yondr pouches as the show was phone free. The process for this was fast and simple; including checking the phones in and out. Sound quality was great. One of the largest venues I've been to for a concert. Very well organized and clean. I do not have photos to share from inside the venue as my phone was in the yondr pouch from the time we entered until the time we left.

I enjoy heading to Rocket for concerts. The views are really good anywhere in my opinion. The sound is ever present for sure. Escalators and elevators are available to get guests up and down the arena. I'm not too keen on the small walking space in between the rows on the upper deck. The pricing on some of the goods is a bit much. My waters at $5.75, I got two, very needed. The staff was all very kind and helpful on entry and exit. I'll be coming back for both sporting and music events.

Super modern and well run. Felt like a professional building fore sure. We were here back in April to celebrate my grandparents 60th anniversary and no better place than a hockey. We all though the polish community theming was fun with the perogies and all. Very lively environment. Our sweet was awesome and the food provided absolutely slapped. Our attendant was super helpful as well as the other staff. Everything came together well to make a fun evening. Many memories made for sure! Thank you for such an incredible experience. Go Monsters!

One of the best venues in all of professional sports! We grew to enjoy the games so much, that we acquired season tickets to the Cavs and a 10 game for the Monsters. Rock Entertainment puts on an amazing experience, which makes even a losing game a fun, family experience. Seating is pretty comfortable and the sight lines are definitely above average. There are many different concession options and numerous locations on all levels. One of my favorite is the cheese steak waffle fries! Season ticket holders receive sizable discounts on most food and drink concessions. Parking is a nightmare and the only reason I'm leaving a 4 star review.

Nice clean stadium. Easy access getting in and out. Friendly staff. Tons of food and drink options. For a stadium on cheaper end compared to others. Not a bad seat. Clean bathrooms. GO CAVS

We have visited Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse on two separate occasions for concerts. The last visit was for a Madonna concert (Feb. 2024) and before that was the P!NK concert (Nov. 2023). Great experience both times. Security is great and they keep you moving in and out. The only complaints I have is not being able to have a bottle of water (Madonna) as it was poured into plastic cups, and for P!NK you could have a bottle but not the lid. Plenty of food and beverage options and just follow the signs for the restrooms. I like the arena and would see additional concerts here. Not much of a sports fan but can only imagine it would be a similar experience in and out.

First time here around Christmas time for a Cavaliers game. Very clean, friendly employees from when I first walked in, to the vendors I came across. Not a bad seat in the house from what I could tell. Can't wait to go back for whatever they will be hosting when I'm in the area again. A lot of nearby hotels so it's walkable in just minutes.

A nice facility and if you park in the garage there is easy access to the entrance, which is great if the weather is bad. Every member of the staff that I dealt with was very nice and friendly. There are plenty of restrooms and the drink/food lines move very quickly. It's a nice venue.

Ask the Community - Rocket Arena

We have tickets to come see a concert here. This being our first time at the Fieldhouse, can you see the performers from section 218?

Yes, and with the big Jumbotron screen you will definitely be able to see

What section is the sound/mixing booth in?

It was on the floor in the middle/back... it had its own section, behind section 3.

The tailgating scene there was a lot of fun. We parked in the municipal lot , which is located on the other side of the freeway from the stadium. Entry fee was fifty dollars , but with a carload of people , it makes it very reasonable. The party there was next level. People set up bars with couches , stripper poles, d j booths , and anything else you can think of. They get going way before game time. Alcohol is allowed in this lot. If you park in the lot associated with the stadium , alcohol is not allowed. I don't think grills are allowed either. But I'm not sure. Stadium is really decent also. Easy in and out the walk from the municipal lot takes about ten minutes and is not strenuous. Packers ended up losing the game and the fans were very nice about it. That's not always the case in other stadiums. I took at least 50 photos with opposing fans after the game. Rock and Roll hall of fame is also located right next to the stadium. If you're heading there for a game , you have to combine that with your visit. Pro football hall of fame is only an hour away. And also a really great experience. Appreciate the love and kindness shown by the people of Cleveland. GO PACK GO!!!!!

We went on a Friday night when they played the Red Sox. We went an hour before opening pitch and the stadium was already absolutely packed. Then, we saw the sign and realized why there were already 20,000+ people here 60 minutes before the game. $2 Miller Lite until 1st pitch and $1 hot dogs all game. What in the world!?!?!?!? The prices here haven't changed much since 1994. Actually this was a special Friday night promotion, but wow what a deal. The only place you'll see beers chugged faster than at Progressive Field is inside of a frat house. I will say the concourses were very tight mostly because thousands of men where chugging beers and not moving. However, once we got to our seats it didn't seem like there was a bad seat in the house. The stadium could use more up escalators to the nose bleed, but it was ok. Tons of fireworks after the game. Easy to walk back home to the Hyatt Regency. The stadium was built in 1994 making it #9 in the oldest baseball stadiums in the country. It's also the smallest with a capacity of around 34,800. It has the largest video board in the league which is an absolute enormous 59x229 foot rectangle out in left field. The stadium itself is right in downtown Cleveland so it's super easy to walk to, which we did from our hotel. This means, though, that there is very little parking near the stadium so no tailgating culture here. Food at the stadium was typically expensive. The view, even from the top, was good. Very passionate fans. All around good experience and a nice stadium.

I'm sorry but couldn't they have been a little more creative with a new name. I don't think the Seminoles have changed their name. Regardless Cleveland is having a good year. Maybe they'll win another World Series, but not this year! (I hope) How can I not like them. They won the World Series the year I was born! Parking was plentiful, and the check-in process was quick and efficient. After a photo opportunity at the entrance, we were free to explore the museum at our own pace. As someone who isn't a huge football fan, I was mostly tagging along for my husband, who was excited to visit. While there were plenty of exhibits, we were surprised that some notable players we expected to see had very little presence. My husband enjoyed the experience overall but felt there could have been more to see. One thing that stood out was the lack of seating throughout the museum. If you're planning to spend a few hours walking through the exhibits, be prepared to stay on your feet. We spent about two hours exploring and found the two theater presentations to be the highlight of the visit. The films were engaging and, for me, the most memorable part of the experience. The photo packages offered at the entrance were quite expensive, with the cheapest option starting around $38 for digital downloads only. The gift shop was also on the pricey side. In the end, we purchased the digital photos and a few small souvenirs. Overall, it's a worthwhile stop for football fans, especially if you can take advantage of a combo ticket. While my husband was glad he finally got to visit, we both felt the experience was a bit shorter and less extensive than we expected.
