Yes, the customers from the Ratatouille kitchen leave through that door, which opens directly onto the street. There was only one waiter, poor guy, taking orders and running back and forth trying to keep up with everyone, customers complaining... It looked just like the kitchen in the movie Ratatouille when he goes back home. Our main courses arrived before the appetizers, nobody asked if we wanted more drinks... A completely different level of service compared to the main dining room, except everything costs exactly the same as in the main dining room. I felt claustrophobic. Definitely a plus taking in count the restaurant it's located in an area where it can get quite difficult to find a spot on a week day. -We went for brunch, and the place is nice and well illuminated during the day, the downside it's that it can feel a bit hot upstairs. We can't complain much about it because it was around noon and and it was a hot day, but even with the ventilation a couple of fans upstairs could be very helpful. -One of our friends asked for natural orange juice, and they didn't had. The omelette orders should come with toast, and we never got them even though we did ask one of the waitress about it. Another order should come with flour tortillas, and she got them after she asked for them, and by the time they bring them to our table my friend already finished her meal. -The waitress staff are very friendly and polite, we have no complaints about that, but I noticed the tables upstairs weren't frequented as much as the ones downstairs. Probably that had a lot to do with my previous point even though the place wasn't super crowded or anything. -The coffee is really good.
