I don't recommend using Bug n a Rug based on lack of results, but if you do be aware of your financial commitment.

We have told them we are very happy with our current pest company and will not switch, but event that doesn't stop them. I've tried being polite but end up having to shut the door in their face to end the conversation. Every time we tell them not to come back but they still do. Neighbors who have gone with them have switched away from them and were not happy at all with them. Stay as far away from them as you can!
