While researching reliable pest control companies, Wilkey services was a contender…read more I met various competing company reps with their estimates. Mike Hennessy from Wilkey made me confident that his company was the best choice. His presentation was good, answered all questions and his prices were competitive. We had our termite treatment (bait stations) and added the quarterly perimeter pest control. So far, we are very happy with the results. We will update if anything changes, but right now, we can recommend Wilkey Services.

They'll show up to spray it when it got colder and the rodents needed a place to keep warm, Palmetto put out three bait stations at $150 each and never serviced them again!! He came after 6 tonight because he got caught up with another job but he called and communicated that in a professional manner and was apologetic when he got here. Which there was no need for, I know it's a busy time of year for bugs and pests. He conversed with my Dad and kids. And he had such a great personality about him, we just welcomed him fully. I told him I'd be cooking dinner so when he got here he did the outside first then moved to the inside. He was very considerate of our family dinner time. And he was careful and courteous of my home, I didn't have any sticky bug spray messes to clean up after he left. Five stars for Mr. Don and Lane Pest Control! (Not to mention, great price!)

Allied said there was no damage and the hole in the baseboard where the termites came out we could easily patch up ourselves. We had them inspect yearly for the next 5 years with no further signs of activity. Well we came to find out that the "no damage" from when we moved in was far from the case. I sent pics to Allied to show them; they sent a rep out to get a first hand look; owner called and offered to come back out and treat but never received that follow-up call for the appointment. The damage was from years ago and is extensive. We were unaware of termite bonds.

Within hours Genesis dispatched Bryant to my location and he performed a full exterior and interior inspection and determined that not only had rodents been in my unit, but he was able to identify and nail down exactly where the rodents were getting into the actual building itself and the numerous entry points where they were reeking havoc. We are currently working on getting a blanket agreement with our condo association to get all of our buildings serviced, and have all entry points excluded from any future entry. This was the ONLY company i spoke with that was actually willing to address the root problem, instead of recommending minor, band aid solutions, and trying to take my money.
