Allied said there was no damage and the hole in the baseboard where the termites came out we could easily patch up ourselves. We had them inspect yearly for the next 5 years with no further signs of activity. Well we came to find out that the "no damage" from when we moved in was far from the case. I sent pics to Allied to show them; they sent a rep out to get a first hand look; owner called and offered to come back out and treat but never received that follow-up call for the appointment. The damage was from years ago and is extensive. We were unaware of termite bonds.

Within hours Genesis dispatched Bryant to my location and he performed a full exterior and interior inspection and determined that not only had rodents been in my unit, but he was able to identify and nail down exactly where the rodents were getting into the actual building itself and the numerous entry points where they were reeking havoc. We are currently working on getting a blanket agreement with our condo association to get all of our buildings serviced, and have all entry points excluded from any future entry. This was the ONLY company i spoke with that was actually willing to address the root problem, instead of recommending minor, band aid solutions, and trying to take my money. If you want to have your rodent problem be a thing of the past, look no further. Cheers.

I knew they had a guarantee, so I went on their website and filled in the information that the mosquitoes were still biting us. I don't think a half hour went by before they came back, checked our yard, and proceeded to spray everything once again at no additional charge! The next evening, we took showers outside in the outdoor shower and grilled food outside for dinner without getting any mosquito bites.
