I had the pleasure of working with Genesis and Bryant on a major rodent problem going down around…read moremy condo and the complex itself down in Myrtle Beach. Within hours Genesis dispatched Bryant to my location and he performed a full exterior and interior inspection and determined that not only had rodents been in my unit, but he was able to identify and nail down exactly where the rodents were getting into the actual building itself and the numerous entry points where they were reeking havoc. We are currently working on getting a blanket agreement with our condo association to get all of our buildings serviced, and have all entry points excluded from any future entry. This was the ONLY company i spoke with that was actually willing to address the root problem, instead of recommending minor, band aid solutions, and trying to take my money. If you want to have your rodent problem be a thing of the past, look no further. Cheers.

Consequently I decided to cancel service. This is when I was told that I signed a six-month commitment and that to cancel I had to pay $90. This was never explained to me and I didn't catch it in the fine print. I'm feeling ripped off and extremely disappointed. So be very careful if you sign up that you're on the hook for more than you realize. I don't recommend using Bug n a Rug based on lack of results, but if you do be aware of your financial commitment.
