When we discovered it months later and requested for it to be removed, they quoted a date weeks away and stated there would be a reconnect fee, despite this being their mistake and impending cold weather. They have also come to fill the tank several times without request, at their leisure. We bought a house without realizing what a hassle propane would be and what poor service this company employs. Glad that we will no longer be customers.

They came to swap out the tanks only to find out both of them had gas (one was full and the other had "less than the other" per the service guy.) You would think they would take the tanks they brought out to replace the tanks and credit me the $347 I spent for the replacements and just charge me for a service call. Instead they took the tanks that I paid for last year that had gas in them. So I lost the propane charge from 2021 (last year's charge was $220) and paid for 2 full tanks ($347). Will definitely be searching for other options for next season. VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER
