They came to swap out the tanks only to find out both of them had gas (one was full and the other had "less than the other" per the service guy.) You would think they would take the tanks they brought out to replace the tanks and credit me the $347 I spent for the replacements and just charge me for a service call. Instead they took the tanks that I paid for last year that had gas in them. So I lost the propane charge from 2021 (last year's charge was $220) and paid for 2 full tanks ($347). We have a new construction and they came out to put in the tanks and to connect my gas stove! At the time they were the only company in town that could have it done within 2 weeks! Every other company in town was telling me 2-4 months! Also the price for new hook up and tank rentals was the most reasonable in town! My technician was very polite and efficient. I've never had any problems even with my tank refills... always done promptly! I've even suggested them to some of my neighbors and they are pleased as well.
