Also a tall girl looks young is on the phone 24/7 and cannot focus when I was at her register. Third shift I come in before work and the same girl is on the floor behind the counter or taking people when she's not even on the clock. Then you have morning shift who doesn't clean anything all day and it's gross when there's mold growing in the coffee machine. Also Riad does not run that store as well as you guys may think. No one who works there has manners and will fight with you when they are doing wrong and know it. Personal the stores been open to long needs to be closed!

As a customer, every time you call, you will get an automated prompt. You will NOT have an option to speak to a human being. If you try, you'll be put on hold for literally hours ..usually until the phone call drops. If you try their chat bot on the website, they will give you the option to transfer to an agent but the agent never picks up the chat. There is literally no customer service. They must keep their overhead down by not hiring human beings in customer service. This is reality, folks. If you sign up with them, expect this. You've been warned.

This is not the type of service I expext from a reputable company. I pay my bills on time 100% of the time. When I requested stop service, I paid their final bill to them immediately. If you value good service and a company that values their customers, do not use Amerigas.

Unfortunately, the actual cleaning did not match the polished presentation. I hired this company for a deep clean, and the service did not match what was written in the contract. Several areas, like the laundry room, which were specifically included in the contract, were skipped entirely. When I asked them to come back to complete the work they had already been paid for, they told me it would be a "second phase" and would require additional payment. There was never an agreement about "phases", and it is not reasonable to charge extra for work that was already included in the original contract. They also skipped the copper sink completely. Their explanation was that there was a dish in the sink. We were home the entire time, and they could have simply asked us to move it. That alone demonstrates the level of effort and communication they were willing to put in. Cleaning products were used that were not appropriate for the materials in my home. Clorox wipes were used on surfaces that require specific cleaners, which explains why stains and buildup remained afterward. It felt rushed and not thoughtful. The team was friendly, but the quality of the work and the refusal to honor the original agreement were very disappointing. I paid for a deep clean, not a partial job with surprise "phases" added afterward. If you need a true deep clean or someone who understands how to care for different materials, this is not the company I would recommend. This experience taught me that a professional marketing appearance does not always equal professional results.

They seemed to do a good job meaning nothing was forgotten, broken, and I did not experience any…read moreleaks or collateral damage. It was also fast and they did put in the correct quantity of oil. Not sure what grade of oil or brand of oil filter they used. At about $120, it's very expensive. Clearly you are paying for convenience. As a former tribologist, mechanic and DIYer, I can do this job myself in 15 minutes for about $35-40 (using a group 3 / group 3 PAO blend "synthetic" like Mobile 1, Pennzoil Ultra Platinum or similar), and an OEM filter which is my personal preference. I don't know what grade of "synthetic" they use. Many oils labeled "synthetic" are not group 4 / 5 based oils, ie PAOs or Esters - true synthetics. Most are made from group 3 base stocks - a highly refined, ultra clean petroleum. Having said that, as long as the API donut meets your engine's requirements, you are fine. I recommend changing the oil every 5,000 miles. Knock 20% off of that if your car is turbo charged or 4,000 miles. Obviously PAOs and Esters will give you better protection especially at the thermal extremes but come at a premium price. I'm positive these oil change shops do not use true synthetics because they are cost prohibitive and would eat their profit margin. Caveat emptor.
