We were in a bind because we showed up and our tank was completely empty ( new home for us). No hot water... no stove.... Nobody to help us!! When Lristin answered my call she immediately said not to worry that they could help us!! Today!! Even though we were not current clients!! What a blessing! Jimmy came out, helped get us all set up and ready to go. They definitely have lifetime customers in us!!

To start off the employees are very rude and disrespectful. There's a boy in there who works night…read moreshift and I've seen him during the day too who called a previous employee a crack head and talk about calling the cops on her because him and the manager Riad like to talk about people's personal issues. Also a tall girl looks young is on the phone 24/7 and cannot focus when I was at her register. Third shift I come in before work and the same girl is on the floor behind the counter or taking people when she's not even on the clock. Then you have morning shift who doesn't clean anything all day and it's gross when there's mold growing in the coffee machine. Also Riad does not run that store as well as you guys may think. No one who works there has manners and will fight with you when they are doing wrong and know it. Personal the stores been open to long needs to be closed!

There are other Gas & Service stations not that far away from this location, were their customer service is much better. Only reason I see to stop at this is the lower cost of Gas. The main problem I have is that you can not make a left out of the parking lot onto Gordon Road. Some people illegally do and it causes accidents. As a customer, every time you call, you will get an automated prompt. You will NOT have an option to speak to a human being. If you try, you'll be put on hold for literally hours ..usually until the phone call drops. If you try their chat bot on the website, they will give you the option to transfer to an agent but the agent never picks up the chat. There is literally no customer service. They must keep their overhead down by not hiring human beings in customer service. This is reality, folks. If you sign up with them, expect this. You've been warned.

I stopped service with Amerigas over a month ago. They told me I would be refunded for any gas over…read more5% in the tank. It was at 29% at time of pickup (which they waited a few weeks to pickup). When I call customer service they confirmed this and said I would receive my refund. I call today (2 weeks after pickup) and they asked why I think I should get a refund. Then they tell me I was right, I am owed a refund and they proceed to tell me they have no idea how much it is or how long it will take. This is not the type of service I expext from a reputable company. I pay my bills on time 100% of the time. When I requested stop service, I paid their final bill to them immediately. If you value good service and a company that values their customers, do not use Amerigas.
