Popped into this Advanced Auto to get some car items such as car seat covers etc..I can honestly say that the employees are very helpful and professional. I was greeted upon coming in and let me say I appreciate that! The prices are as most Advanced Autos so I really can't say anything about that. The store was well stocked and clean. It's not a lot to say here because it's an auto store lol they have most of what you need and if they don't they can order it for you. A place to stop for your vehicle care needs consisting of oil, windshield wipers, car detailing supplies , seat covers, floor mats , wax , buffers for waxing cars, and so much more! read more

I would like to acknowledge Austin for helping me resolve an issue with my battery. I pulled in at 7.45 pm while it was pouring. As a disabled veteran, I can no longer do a lot of things that I have done previously. Austin had never me and had no idea of my past, or what I had done for a living. He braved the rain and helped me get my vehicle back running. I hope that corporate will acknowledge his professionalism and dedication to his company. Thank you again Austin for being such a stand up person. read more

Went to this store to buy a new battery when ours crapped out while we were on vacation. There was intermittent rain due to a tropical system just south of us, but there was a break in the rain when we were there. The female clerk was busy playing on her phone when I walked up and asked about a battery for my car. All she said was, "We won't do a battery in the rain.". I said, "The car is parked right in front of the door, and there is a break in the rain right now.". Her reply: "You'd have to move into a regular parking space, and we won't do it in the rain.". Really snide tone of voice. So, we went half a mile down the road to O'Reilly's, where we had excellent service. read more

I am not savvy when it comes to automobiles and sometimes I need to make a quick run to this location for something as simple as getting my battery in my key fob replaced. The best part is everyone is so kind and helpful (and also does not judge my incompetence). Highly recommend this location for al your auto needs read more

Wow. What a surreal visit this evening. I ordered a Slime brand tire pressure gauge online for pickup using a $5 Speed Perks reward. Get there and while it showed 3 in stock, inventory was wrong and there were 0. The guy tells me that this other one is the exact same, no chrome bezel and that if I want it he will cancel my order and I can buy this alternative one. So I say ok, he cancels my order, and I try to order the alternate one. Only, there's no Speed Perks reward in my account. The guy says "oh, yeah. That's gone and we can't get that back." I asked a couple of times as I stood there dumbfounded as to what we can do to get my $5 off; manager override, another coupon... nada. Just too bad, that coupon was used already, although not really. They have the $5 I earned by speeding read more

I went to the store for a new battery after using the website to find out what battery fits my car and the employee told me the battery I asked for doesn't fit my car. I asked if the battery was in stock and was told again that the battery wasn't compatible and after showing them my phone they still insisted. I asked if they had the battery I was looking for and was told that it didn't matter because it wasn't compatible. I had to insist and over the employees protest purchased the battery and guess what it did. While they installed it I asked for replacement brake light bulbs and was told they didn't carry them and then was given the wrong bulb. I went back to return asked for the bulb I needed by number and was told that wasn't my bulb and had to go to kia because my car was too new. Long story short your computer system sucks your employees suck and are unhelpful as fuck. I drove to autozone down the street and got my bulbs and actual customer service. read more

Three stars for a mixed review. Positive: when we asked about cheaper car batteries we were shown the secret stash of used batteries out back. Negative: store employees used foul language obsessively, as if we were friends not a customer. I can take a good joke, but swearing around customers should not be tolerated! read more

I came here to get new parts for my truck, and some other items. First time we came, service was great, we were in and out. Realized we needed another part, came back, and waited half an hour to get out of the store, there was one other person in the store, we finally left, and realized the guy gave us two different parts, one was smaller than the other, and they were supposed to be the exact same part. We came back to exchange it, and I stood there for almost half an hour to get my part exchanged. After that, they told me they didn't have the part in stock and they could order it. Would recommend Oreilly auto parts over advanced any day if the week. read more

The staff was extremely helpful. The switch to close the convertible top on my car stopped working. Tyler in the Sneads Ferry store took the time to research how to manually close the top and then was nice enough to do it for me. He is a lifesaver! Would recommend this location. read more

I have been to this store many times and have always received great service. Today was just icing on the cake. It was miserably hot and I had a bad battery. Mathew greeted me as I entered the store, came out in the blistering heat, checked my battery & charging system determining that I did indeed need a battery. He went over the options with me & had me back on the road in a short time, all in a friendly & professional manner. read more

Purchased a new car battery and asked for help with changing it out. There were two female employees and what appeared to be two male supervisors (maybe?). Anyway lots of chit chat going on with each other and I waited outside over 20 minutes before leaving to go home and change my own battery.... read more

I'm a shadetree mechanic, and I find myself going here more often than I had planned mid-project. The store is laid out like most others, and the staff has been very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Be sure to check online before you go, you may be able to score a discount code...just choose in-store pick-up and you're set. They're open early, too. read more

Very helpful staff. I went in today and was helped by a service rep named Chad, who went out of his way to help me and finished by helping me carry all of my purchases to the car. I will continue to come here for auto parts because of helpful service such as this. read more
