I had the necessary parts, but being on vacation, didn't have the necessary tools to manage the job myself. Mr. Wayne made it clear that they would help me out. Less than an hour in the shop and I was good to go with a smooth running engine. If I ever have car problems again while at the beach, I won't take my car anywhere else. I really appreciated their making space in the schedule so I can drive home with some peace of mind!

Ordered four tires through the website to have delivered here. only one showed up at first and the…read morestaff couldn't tell me where the other three were. I came back the next day to check and the staff still didn't know where they were. I took a minute to look at the tires that were set out on the service center floor and there they were with my name on them. It shouldn't take a customer looking at your inventory to find the order. Prices were very good but due to the customer service I won't buy here again. Edit- oh, I also ordered installation with the tires through the website with an appointment confirming time and date. When I arrived for the pickup and install I was denied install because I wasn't physically written in their appointment book and there wasn't a tech available to do the job. Even though it was part of the order, of which only one tire arrived when it said delivered.

This is not advertised on their website or any visible signage on-site. Also, I've never been informed of such policy at a Walmart before - and I've had my oil changed recently at Walmart Auto Centers in Rocky Mount, Raleigh, Fayetteville, and Wilmington. I'm not sure that they did anything else aside that, however, along with check dashboard lights and listen as they drove the vehicle down the road. It would be nice of them to have some sort of real checklist that they inform you about. Overall, they were helpful and I would go back, not for a trip check, though.
