Was told I needed four new tires so I stopped in to ask questions. My tires supposed to be 65k before wearing out and they only had 30k. I rotate every 5k and get my alignments done. Tony took down the information and said he would get back to me the next day. He had to call the company so I could get a discount for the tires. Kyle, his son, called me and said he ordered my tires but they had to be shipped and he didn't know how long it would take to get them. But they would be shipped free. I was surprised that they arrived earlier than I thought. I got the car in and they switched out the tires. The price was very reasonable, the staff friendly and willing to help. I love that they are close to where I live. I was pleasantly surprised to find that since I bought my tires here they rotate them for free every 5000 miles. First off the customer service there is alright, Friendly, and very knowledgeable. I came in around noon today to get a quote on some tires and then set an "appointment" at 1:30 with the guy at the front desk. He said cool I'll write it down and took my information. So it'll be x amount and it should take 30-45minutes. I get there at 1:20 2 hours later I'm finally getting my car back. Frustrated and glad it's over. read more

I called twice to explain what I was looking for in the way of break work as well as having tires put on my vehicle. I was clear about the year make and model and was told " sure, it's just tires we can take care of you." two weeks later I get a call from the shop and was told they can not help me. If you value you life, don't go to Battlefield Tire Pros! I had all four tires plus the spare replaced. About a month later, I noted the onset of a rattling noise associated with a vibration. I stopped and checked to see if any of the tires were flat and they looked well-inflated. I decided to take the car into my local repair shop and later learned that the noise and vibration was due to the fact that several of the lug nuts on both rear tires were loose. When I asked my repairman how they got that way, he responded by saying, "They didn't tighten them properly when they installed the tires", "several of the lug nuts could be removed with your fingers" and "you're lucky the tires didn't come off when you were driving". Unbelievable! Oh, one other thing. The tires I purchased had white letters on them. One of the tires was installed with the letters on the inside so that it didn't match the others. At least this sloppy mistake wasn't life-threatening. read more

Been bringing my truck here since last year. They are never pushy and are able to get the tires I want for my truck. Most recent was an alignment. Went the first time and the tech showed me bad tierod ends. Said it woukd pop out of alignment until it was fixed. Did the tierods myself and called. They madr time for me between appointments and got it lined up good and double checked everything. Will continue to go back and highly recommend to anyone. read more

I went back to Battlefield Tire to get my new car's first year NC State inspection. The first thing the gentleman at the desk asked me was how many miles I thought I had on this car. I knew the approximate mileage and he told me right then that the State only requires a safety inspection (no exhaust inspection) for cars under 3 years and with less than 70 K miles. GREAT, I saved money. The gentleman at the desk was not holding back on info, he knows his job and the rules and regulations that apply to his job. I took a mower wheel there to have the tube replaced. They lost the bushing that separates the bearings. They told me to go find one myself. When I said that was not acceptable, I was told to take my wheel and never come back. I will not go back there and I do not recommend that anyone else does either. read more
