It's usually a good experience here, but I was especially impressed during my most recent visit because of their newer in-store pickup locker system. When you walk in, you can scan your order barcode at the pickup screen (or enter your order number), and one of the lockers automatically pops open with your items inside. It was quick, easy, and pretty cool to see in action. I even took a video of the process to share with this review. There's only so much you can fit in a locker, but hey, this is a big improvement over the old process. Still not five stars as I'm not a fan of their current return policy.

It was a VERY UNPLEASANT experience to learn that there is a 90 day window on returns (with receipt) and NO EXCEPTIONS ARE GRANTED FOR A RESELLABLE ITEM such as polymeric sand! Instead, we just walked around the grounds a bit and mainly browsed their shop. The store offered a variety of baked goods, snacks, local ice cream, flowers, and much more. The four of us wanted to indulge with some apple cider donuts, which were only sold in 6-packs for $8, so we were forced to buy more than we had wanted. The pastries wound up being amazing, however. They were light, fluffy, and sprinkled with just the right amount of cinnamon sugar. There's plenty of parking too, however, it can sometimes take a while to get out of the lot during rush hour since it is a busy intersection. I've had to wait close to 5 mins sometimes due to a combination of cars backed up by the red light, trucks trying to leave the sewage treatment plant, and trucks trying to make deliveries to car quest. Not fun. The storefront itself looks small, but they have a decent sized warehouse in the back. Also, they can order whatever part you need (though in those situations I usually just order it myself since I can shop around for a cheaper price). The store has most of the common items you might need, like lights, oil and antifreeze and other fluids, tools, etc. The employees are usually very polite though, while at times they may have 2 guys at the register, usually there's just one so if he's busy helping another customer you will have to wait. One last thing to note, they will be changing to Advanced Autoparts and moving to Tappan in November. All in all, it's a well run business, hopefully they continue the good service when they move down the road and change names.
