We had a broken sewer line that was causing all sorts of problems, and when we called in a panic on Friday afternoon Lloyd was there within an hour. He came early in the morning and helped remove the old fence posts, string a line for reference and leveling. And mixed over 20 bags of concrete to pour into the fence post holes. They quoted me a price of over $900, I paid them $80 for the 10 minute service call/estimate. The plumber was very nice and professional, he showed up on time and wore a clean uniform. The lady I spoke to on the phone was nice and explained there would be an $80 charge whether work was done or not. The price for the work seemed to high, so I declined to have them do the work. I called another licensed Master plumber, he came out for no charge and quoted me the exact same work for $275. So, in the end I think Southwest offers great customer service, but their prices are extremely high. I can't say if they do good work, because I didn't use them.
