My review started on April 28th 2026. This is an update to the bumper issue RW classics did. As I…read morestated my bill was 2000 plus dollars from Jesse at RW classics. It stated to "factory grill will have to be straightened and fitted, then re-chromed, charge $2160,00 . Please read my first review from Apr 28th to follow this. After over 2 years in Jessies shop, putting all kinds of upgrades, Willwood brakes, fuel injection etc...The brakes went out completely while driving. They claimed it was a faulty booster. So they redid it. Then My car is taken to Authentic motorcars who I bought the car from.. The manager there (who is awesome) wanted to go over the car thoroughly. The Manager noticed the grill was discolored. We agreed to have authentic motor cars order a new bumper that was chromed all the way through for around $400.00!!!! When authentic motorcars took off the bumper Jesse put on AND TURNED IT OVER, THERE WAS A STICKER SAYING MADE IN TAIWAN!!!!!! So, the bumper was apparently not straightened or re-chromed as stated, but cheap one bought from TAIWAN apparently. The dishonesty of RW classics is appalling. I would not recommend RW classics to anyone who wants top quality done to their cars. This is dated May 5th, 2026

I don't usually leave reviews, but this experience needs to be documented because of how misleading…read moreit was. I came in completely upfront about my situation. I was trying to get out of a bad loan and into something more reliable. I was told multiple times, that helping customers in situations like mine is something this dealership "takes pride in." That couldn't have been further from the truth. The deal they presented was structured to leave me financing close to $30,000, even after I clearly said I needed to be much lower. What made it worse is that I had already told them I had pre-approved financing and was focused on the total amount financed, not monthly payments. Despite that, they repeatedly tried to steer the conversation back to monthly payment options, as if I hadn't already made that clear. That alone told me everything I needed to know about how they were approaching the deal. Then it got worse. They showed me KBB breakdown sheets to justify the trade values, but conveniently anchored everything at the lowest possible baseline. My Ram 2500 diesel was labeled as a basic SLT, completely ignoring the fact that it has the Outdoorsman package. Anyone familiar with trucks knows that matters, especially in the diesel market. That truck is worth significantly more than what they tried to represent. They highlighted the basic tow package while ignoring the professionally installed gooseneck hitch, an obvious value-add, further minimizing the true worth of the truck. They even deducted $200 for the truck being white, which felt like a petty and arbitrary adjustment used to chip away at the value. They absolutely knew what they were doing. So instead of valuing my vehicles fairly, they minimized everything to make the deal "work" in their favor. On top of that, the inconsistency and pressure tactics were obvious. I was told the Audi had been sitting for months with no interest. Later, after I pushed back on the numbers, I was suddenly told there was "another buyer waiting" and I needed to act immediately. That kind of contradiction isn't a coincidence. And after I declined the deal, I was told my Challenger would just be sent to auction, which came off as dismissive and unprofessional given the situation. I've attached the actual deal sheets and trade breakdowns so anyone can see exactly how this was structured. I didn't walk in expecting a miracle. I expected honesty and a fair attempt to help. What I got instead was a clear example of how numbers can be manipulated, distractions can be used, and pressure can be applied to push a deal that doesn't actually make sense for the customer. If you're considering doing business here, slow down, review everything carefully, and pay attention to the total amount being financed, not just what they want your monthly payment to be. I'm very glad I walked away. Employees I worked with: Sales Manager: Justin Nelson Sales Associate: Daniel Vukovich

Tim Gifford and his crew in the custom install portion of the business is top notch and I would highly recommend. My first two vehicles that were converted have now logged over 160,000 mi with the same hand control mechanism. They used the original hand control system from my first vehicle and put it in my second and I still drive that back and forth 58 miles a day to work. Over the last eight years I have never brought the system in for an adjustment because it has worked perfectly this whole time. Besides they paint all the fastener connections so if the paint is cracked then you know it's had movement. Always a quick visual check but still the same old little paint blob's. 8 months ago my mom died and left me some money for me to buy my dream car. A 1970 Buick GS convertible. Only one problem, I'm a wheelchair guy and of course I would have to have it converted. Tim met with me and we came up with a new hand control idea and I just drove it home here to Burien, Washington around 30 miles away from the facility and I just know it's going to be working forever. I'm 50 years old and I have been a customer of Absolute Mobility for the last 10 years. One day I will have to buy one of those beautiful conversion vans in their showroom but "NOT TODAY!!!!... Looking forward to a great summer cruising in the new (old classic) convertible. I've dreamed about this car for the last 20 years. Thanks Tim!! Thanks for turning the dream into reality. Todd Small

I was advised that the hand brake should be inspected/maintained each year. Understand this is essentially a rod connected between a hand lever to the brake. Everything is visible; no dismantling is necessary to inspect the hand brake. I was informed that the service charge for looking at the hand brake required 1 hour of service/labor. Mind you, there is nothing wrong. How do these folks justify 1 hour of labor when the job should be completed in 10 minutes?

He was always very responsive, even on evenings and weekends (including one holiday weekend). He was very flexible and accommodating with scheduling (even though I had to ask him to juggle schedules several times to try to meet our needs), Jim is very knowledgeable, having done this work for decades - answering numerous technical questions and willing to provide his honest opinion and actionable advice. Jim is 100% honest and focused on his customers' needs. His pricing is very fair and the convenience of having him go to the car rather than having to take it to a shop is awesome. I will definitely call Jim the next time we are looking for a used car. Full disclosure, due to logistical issues on my end, I had to use another shop for our pre-purchase inspection service. We also had several false calls, where we were trying to jump on a car and lost it. (Jim was ready, nevertheless.). Absolutely not Jim's issue. (Ultimately, I needed a very particular set of tests for the car we bought and, as I learned from Jim, those tests cannot be performed in the field.) However, I experienced all the above excellent customer service, expertise, and above-and-beyond care. I highly recommend his service. And, he seems like just a great guy.
