As an instructor, she not only expects my full effort but is also patient, accommodating, and kind. Her style of teaching brings out the best of my abilities while allowing for adjustments when necessary, and I always leave Betty Jo's classes feeling refreshed and energized. Pros and Cons of the studio: Pros: -Very nice clean studio, fully equipped, new equipment (I didn't take a reformer class, so review is more for the TRX, weights, mats, etc). -Mary's Class was awesome, she totally kicked my butt the entire class. Felt stronger after her class Cons: -Website has very little information about attire for classes. I practice classic pilates twice a week in Dallas and not once have ever had to bring tennis shoes for a class. You need tennis shoes for the Kettle Ball/Pilates Class! Updates need to made to the schedule webpage that simply say "Tennis Shoes Required for this class." -Studio was really hot-the teacher was trying to lower the temp, but nonetheless I was still borderline about to pass out for the last 30 minutes of class. If this is your first time visit studio is on the second floor, some locals were able to point me in the right direction! Next time I am home I will take another class, but be more careful and call ahead about taking a traditional Pilates mat class instead.

I called Club Pilates a few days ago to inquire, and the receptionist was super sweet and was able to answer all my questions. I found out the first intro class was free so I thought, why not! I'll give it a go. My schedule is limited but the owner, Autumn, booked me for a 30 minute intro session on the day I had originally requested which was super convenient. When I arrived to Club Pilates, it was nice, clean, and quiet. No one was in the studio so the private session made the experience all the better. Autumn made me feel super comfortable and was so knowledgeable about everything! I ended up booking 4 more sessions after my first free one, and I am very excited. Autumn even texted me the next day to see how I was feeling. She is amazing. I love when clients are treated with genuine care and respect. It makes a client for life!

The staff could not have been more pleasant or accommodating. They were detailed in what the studio offers, available packages, and the levels of classes. For my first time on a reformer, I felt confident and comfortable knowing the instructor would help me correct my form and ensure I didn't hurt myself. After class, I felt pretty stretched out and relaxed. I signed up through ClassPass and don't see myself getting a membership because of the type of workouts I typically prefer, but if I was in the market for long term pilates I would certainly come here. The parking lot is a little small and spaces are reserved for each of the businesses in the plaza.

The classes are perfect for me, as they are challenging but not so fast-paced that I cannot keep up or correctly monitor my form. They are very helpful with teaching me how to modify exercises around my injuries. I have found the work out to be addictive! As they said "best addiction ever!" They offer classes six days a week Dash morning, afternoon, and evening. There are also many different levels of classes and some for beginners to learn the basic moves and correct positions. I highly recommend this!
