I didn't have my mat and the studio had absolutely everything including high quality manduka mats and even sweat towels for me to use during my practice. The space was beautiful and for my first hot yoga experience I was very pleased. I took the 5:30 Happy Hour class (which was a power yoga and very fast paced). I simply practiced at my own pace and skipped things that didn't work for my body. I didn't feel any pressure to "perform" and left feeling stretched, strengthened and centered. I'd definitely use this studio again next time I visit my cousins!

It's always a pleasure to walk in the door to a warm greeting & the spa-like atmosphere. The vinyasa flow workout is hot & sweaty and you know you're doing something truly good for your body here. If you need a break & drop into child's pose during class, don't be shocked if the instructor or assistant comes over & massages your back! The new student special of $30 for 30 days is always in effect for anyone wanting to try it out. A lot of us got hooked that first month & stayed! There are mats, yoga towels, blocks, bolsters, etc. to use during class or you can bring your own. Supporting the community is a huge goal here with charity donation based classes (happy hours), kids & yogis with special gifts classes. Over the past three years I have tried several types of core work outs to try to get rid of the huge gap in my abdominal wall. Well, six weeks into coming to TDM three days per week I started seeing real results. The gap in my abdomen that started as four fingers had reduced to two fingers. I love results I am seeing! This is a great total body workout that leaves you feeling invigorated. It's challenging without making you sweat from head to toe. The music helped keep you on pace and even as a beginner, it was easy to keep up while getting a great workout in. I enjoyed how easy it was to follow along and how you shifted focus across the body so after 45 minutes, you really felt the difference. Don't be fooled - this is hard! I have been biking most of the summer and had previously practiced yoga and neither could prepare me for the workout my muscles were going to get at PB! The Wexford studio is spacious and very chic. The lobby area has an open floor plan and allows for free movement of students coming in and out of class. There is a variety of workout clothing and PB apparel and bottled water for purchase. The instructors give new students a quick tour of the facilities and PB provides all of the equipment you'll need for class (ball, mat, weights, and tension tubes). The class is 60 minutes of focused muscle sculpting that will get you toned and strong in no time! Motivational music (read: pop/dance) is pumped into the room as the instructor takes you through the movements. I found myself having to take a few breaks...which never happened in yoga! I seriously had a hard time walking out of there tonight but feel great! I know I'll be sore tomorrow but will be returning to PB as soon as I can!

I have been here twice, and I look forward to hot yoga every week. It's the perfect balance of workout and relaxation. I certainly don't want a sales call from a studio. This is not it. I'll be sticking with Salt Power Yoga and going back to Solidcore just so I don't have to deal with the extra stress.

Christine's power classes are my go-to for an invigorating workout, while Gina's stretch classes offer a perfect mix of feel-good movement and a mental reset. You have control over your heat experience--position your mat under an infrared panel for more warmth or away from panels for a cooler session near the doors. The studio's facilities offer an excellent environment for a pre-class prep or post-class cleanse. They have 2 pristine and aesthetically pleasing shower and bathroom spaces to get refreshed. They aren't stingy with the supplies either. The basics like tissues, blocks, mat cleaner & towels are provided. Plus, things like shower towels, hair ties, deodorant, tampons & such are also provided. You can tell that the team cares about their space as its kept clean & smells fresh. The healthy food options on those hard nights where you don't want to decide between making a homemade meal or going to the gym to exercise. The childcare staff and general club staff are very friendly! We have found the facility to be very clean. We enjoy using the family swim during the week in the winter. The outdoor pool area is amazing. The music isn't too loud and the kids all play nicely together.
