I was ready for a super high quote like some others I got, but Juan gave me a very reasonable quote. Did the work efficiently and self sufficient. It was honestly refreshing to work with Juan, as sometimes you get a run around and you're chasing after people or they ghost you. But yea, Juan is great. Nice guy. Please help keep him in business. I know I'm going to be referring him for everything. He cleared up sooo much build up in our gutters, neglected by previous owners. So as the owners, first thing I did was clean out the gutters. The before and after pictures Juan sent is crazy. He filled a full trash bag of stuff he cleared. Thank you Juan!

I hired ASF Clean Team for gutter cleaning and repairs. The service agreement included cleaning the…read moreentire gutter system and flushing/testing the gutters and downspouts. After the service was completed, I observed debris remaining in multiple sections of the gutter system and took photographs documenting my concerns. Based on what I observed, I did not believe the entire gutter system had been fully cleaned as described in the scope of work. I contacted the company on the day of the service and requested a follow-up visit. Although a return visit was discussed, it ultimately never took place, and my concerns regarding the completeness of the cleaning were never fully addressed. Because of this, I did not feel the work fully matched my expectations for a complete gutter cleaning. To be fair, ASF did perform significant work, including gutter repairs and cleaning in other areas, and the company ultimately worked with me to reach a mutually agreed resolution of the matter. Future customers may wish to inspect the gutters carefully after service and document any concerns promptly.

This year, we opted to have them do a power wash of the entire outside of our home - and windows (in and out) as well. In the 30 years we have lived in this house, we have had5 or six window washers. The crew was here on time and as Victor, himself, pressure washed the house (including the eaves, the car port and the deck!), his well trained and experienced crew set about first on the inside, then outside, following Victor and doing the outsides of the windows (and the screens) in an almost choreographed way - well planned and executed.
