He made good on his offer to make me better than whole. He didn't have to. I think it shows the strength of his character to own and to make an effort to remedy the past mistakes. Before and while work was in process Austin's office staff or support crew worked diligently to keep the project moving as quickly as possible. They smoothed communication issues and kept me updated. Austin's crew lead by Luis replaced the composition shingle roof with a new metal one. They were super-friendly and courteous. I love the new color! The same is true for the new exterior color. My greatest concern with the previous job was with the board and bat siding. Those concerns were justified by water-stains. Austin's crew remedied my concerns by replacing boards and bats. The previous scope of work was limited to two walls. Austin's crew weather-proofed the bats on all four sides of the house. And finally they stained those four sides with a new, more modern color. RMV completed a new roof installation for our shop. The work was really well done…read more We requested fascia wrapping to prevent rot. RMV executed the wrapping perfectly, folding the edges to ensure zero exposed fasteners. A skylight was added. The installation method is robust, ensuring a leak-proof seal. Rudy personally handled the addition of 24-inch overhangs around the perimeter. After one year, which included periods of heavy rain, we have experienced zero issues. We went with white so the shop remains cooler in the summer, and reflected light from the roof now brightens up our kitchen. RMV delivered excellent results and custom work. I highly recommend them! They are small local business doing excellent work.

Did schedule 1 fix appt. then never showed up and didn't call. Covered our exhaust vent for stove so exaust went into attic for 6 years. Please don't believe all the positive reviews. Read them all. May have to pay another company to fix.
